This condo was the perfect place for a beach getaway. It had all we needed and more in terms of living space and kitchen items. The beach items (tent, wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc) were an added bonus and much appreciated! It was also an easy, short walk to the beach access point. My family loved our time at SPI. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The place was very nice, Pool was nice, Backyard was nice with nice landscaping. The only thing that I would have a complaint about was the Garbage Disposal didn't work, I never could get the Ice Maker for the Refrigerator to work and the Thermostat for the main Heating Element on the oven is broken so it doesn't work and the Grill is so Filthy and Rusted it really needs replaced but the major thing for me were the Beds all have cheap foam mattress toppers on them which to me is very uncomfortable and just makes you sweat all night long, other than that the place is very nice. It's also in a really good location close to the beach and close walking distance to the Bay and Restaurants.

We loved our stay here. The location is superb with just a 2 minute walknto the beach. The hosts were great and communication with them was prompt. All you really need is your clothing and food as the unit has everything you will need for day at the beach; chairs,tent,boogie boards, etc. Highly recommended.

The condo was actually a lot bigger than I was expecting. It was very comfortable for my family of 5. The location was perfect too! Only a 3min walk to the beach. The condo was also equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. The host was very accommodating as well. Communication was great. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you're planning on visiting the island.

We enjoyed our stay. Place was exactly as described. Host would respond with in minutes, so communication was excellent. Location was great, many restaurants, stores and beach within walking distance. We are setting up for a retutn visit this summer.

The condo is super cute and cozy. It is in a great location for walking down to access 3 and to the Laredo Taco Company for breakfast. Host was very responsive, even had some items delivered while we were there for us. We are saving Erika's contact information so that we can rent again, if we ever make it back to SPI.

Pet friendly and very clean

I love that this property is pet friendly, very clean inside and the cold air conditioner is a plus. It’s in a nice neighborhood and the beach is about a three minute walk. I highly recommend this place.

This was a great vacation rental. It’s a large 2 bedroom 2 bath. Lots of room, and the private pool is great. Kitchen was fully equipped, washer and dryer, and it’s centrally located to all things South Padre. Will be our go to when we vacation in Padre.

Excellent Getaway

We had a great time. The unit has very high ceilings and felt bigger in person than it appears in the photos. Short walk to the beach. Next best thing to staying beachfront.
