Living Room:

The living room features great tile cool floors, and cushioned nautical furniture that exudes casual elegance. Shutters throughout.Look out the expansive windows onto the Gulf or step onto the balcony for a closer look of the beach and the waves. When the sun goes down, turn on the Flat screen TV with full cable selection, Play station 3, with wireless streaming unlimited Netflex movies, Amazon Prime, etc. and DVD player to watch plenty of movies.

The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter top, stainless steel appliance including an electric stove, oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, Waffle maker, Margarita blender, Ninja coffee maker ground/bean, electric can opener, electric mixer, and non-stick pots and pans. The kitchen is open to the living room, and also to a dining area that features 4 chairs .

Master Bedroom

This bedroom has a king size bed with comfortable mattresses. Large windows offer beautiful spectacular ocean views, while the decorations are truly tropical. Beautiful colors, cool tile floors, and tropical-colored linens make this room a wonderful retreat after a day at the beach. This room also features a 25' flat screen and DVD/Blu Ra player. There is master bath with granite counter tops, large closets , paneled with mirror. There is plenty of storage space, tipple dresser with mirror. and I pod, I phone doc.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom features a Double bed, and tropical-inspired linens to create a festive retreat. This room has attached bath. This room also features a TV and DVD player. There is plenty of storage space in this room in the closet and 5 drawers chest.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was updated, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the pool area and pool bar—both were fantastic spots to relax. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy everything this place had to offer. Highly recommend!

J’s condo is beautifully decorated, beds and comforters are very nice. Balcony is one of the closest to the water so you can hear the gulf waves as you relax. What is underreported is out front of the gated complex is a pizza place, sushi restaurant, liquor store, smoothie shop and a Tshirt shop, to say it has it all is an understatement

A Perfect Place to Relax

Our stay at SPI in Saida Towers was super! The cleanliness of the complex was great and the gate workers were always helpful.The condo we stayed at was clean, neat, well kept, well furnished and well decorated.It had easy access to restaurants, to the beach and to the pool. The balcony view of the ocean was amazing!The heated pool was a great addition and very easy access to the beach.The owners were very helpful and communication was very good! I would recommend this facility to anyone who desires a great experience at South Padre Island!
