Nice house in a good location

Nice landscaping and pool that used efficiently the space, Tastefully decorated. The only negative is the limited light inside the house. Due to our short stay we had limited use of services. We consider returning for a longer vacation.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, angenehm kühl. Ein wunderschöner Garten und ein wunderbarer Pool. Eine Küche und vor allem eine Sommerküche draussen, in der man wunderbar mit Lust kochen kann.

Loads of privacy!

This property was perfect for our family of five. We loved the private and quiet setting. The pool was perfect and large enough to play. Ping pong table was a bonus and having multiple hang out areas inside and out was great. The house was beautiful with nice traditional touches. Loved all the art on the walls and furnishings were perfect for our needs. It was close to everything we need for food shopping and doing various excursions. Biking in the area was great. The road was a bit busy to get in and out of with not much visibility for oncoming traffic, we always needed a scout for coast is clear to drive out of the driveway. House could use a few more staples such as salt, olive oil and toilet paper, you will need to get all of that yourselves.

Fantastic Villa with a beautiful pool and peaceful surrounding.

The pool and area around it where excellent-clean and well thought out. Shade was provided by the terrace and the garden got shade in different places throughout the day. The villa itself was clean and well equipped and ideal for our family of four. Although you could occasionally hear a little noise from other villas, you couldn't see another building from the garden which is totally private making it easy to relax. All dealing with Nord and the villa owner ( he cleans the pool very well ) where excellent. Well recommended. It might be worth updating the washing machine and improving the performance of the air con. Other wise everything was great.

Wonderful house in a great location

The villa exceeded our expectations and is really wonderful. All rooms are nicely decorated with personality and authenticity and the outdoor areas are amazing. The patio, the outdoor kitchen and pool area are all exceptionally nice. While there are neighbouring villas, you don't see them from the house our outdoor areas and you feel very private and exclusive in the garden/pool area. The view to the mountains and hills in front of the house and the Puig de Maria behind the house adds to the charm. The location is great - just a couple of minutes by car to Pollenca town and less than 10 minutes to Port de Pollenca beach. The villa and pool was cleaned by staff several times during our stay and fresh towels and bed linen were provided as well. The Nord Villas staff was very quick, kind and helpful when we had questions. My warmest recommendations on this villa from a family of 5 (parents, two teens and an eight year old).

Super Urlaub mit Kindern

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub mit unseren zwei Kindern. Die Kinder konnten in der Früh bereits im Pool spielen während der Papa mit dem Rad in den Bergen unterwegs war. Die nächsten Strände sind recht nahe. Damit konnten wir die Nachmittage immer am Strand oder bei kleinen Wanderungen verbringen. Gerne wieder.
