Bien, mais..
Maison spacieuse, propre, rénovée récemment, dans un lotissement calme, mais quelques détails gachent un peu l'ensemble, des finitions un peu bâclées (interrupteur de la chambre dans le placard ??plaques des interrupteurs cassées, des ampoules HS, certains volets roulant fonctionnent mal ou pas ,l'idée du coffre fort est bonne, mais comme il n'est pas fixé, il ne sert a rien.)
A part la machine à laver et le sèche linge qui sont neufs, l'électroménager est vétuste et défaillant, le frigos rend énormément d'eau, le four est quasiment inutilisable car le bouton de commande disfonctionne, la plaque de cuisson ne marche pas correctement non plus ainsi que la machine nespresso.
Le linge (draps et serviettes), en option, est propre mais taché, les couettes aussi, à savoir également les matelas sont extrêmement durs
Il me semble bon aussi de préciser que la piscine, qui était impeccable, n'est pas chauffée, et malheureusement pour nous l'eau était glaciale.
Donc en résumé c'est pas mal, mais étant des habitués des locations de maisons à tarifs équivalents (également sur le bassin) il y a des choses à rectifier pour maintenir le prix ou baisser ce dernier.
