Charming, stunning, beautiful and private apartment. Located only 5 minutes from down town Ithaca commons with many different restaurants and variety of shopping possibilities. We are only 3 min. form Ithaca College and 9 min. from Cornell University.
Walking distances to Buttermilk falls state park trial.
The property is tucked away by beautiful natural surrounding’s with many trees and beautiful landscape.
The garden level Contemporary retreat has an open bright cozy floor plan, with many window. A sliding glass door lead's you to a private partial covered and open patio to enjoy the outdoors. You access the apartment via private entrance door with keyless entry. Fully stocked and well equipped Kitchen, for your convenience.
There are 2 bed rooms. The Master bed room has a comfortable queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a twin size bed with a twin size trundle to pull out. Full bathroom with shower. There are also washer and dry located in the apartment for guests to use. Free parking,. For your entertainment we have a Smart TV, Roku, Netflix... and a great Wifi connection.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Please leave all bedding on beds as we will strip them anyway, leave the towel hanging in the bathroom, all trash goes out side in the small trash can, larger bin is for recycling. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet, easy to access and had everything we needed. Nice setting in nature. We saw a 10 point buck stroll through the back yard while we were enjoying our coffee in the living room. It's only a few miles outside of town and very close to Buttermilk park. The host was easy to communicate. We would stay there again if we come back to the area.

Peaceful place to stay. Had all the necessities plus extra features like snacks,waters, fresh flowers upon arrival. The host was kind . Would stay again if back in Ithaca Ny!

Hidden Treasure Indeed

Relaxing and beautiful

I was in town with a friend for a conference at Cornell. Being able to spend evenings at a beautiful home base made the whole trip even better. Bunnies munching on grass and peacocks strutting around an added bonus!

Great spot for a weekend away!

True to its name, this spot was an absolute Hidden Treasure. It is perfectly decorated and provides an at home feeling. A great location near many of the falls and close to town.

The location was great, very easy to get to Ithaca College, Buttermilk park (i walked to one entrance) and down to ithaca as well. Very peaceful. Apartment was well stocked and very comfortable.

The Hidden Treasure really is all that. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and the space was comfortable for all four of us cycling adults to share. Sabine was a wonderful host and the bonus was the cozy covered porch area. The furniture and the beds are all really comfortable. The place looks and feels brand new. Impeccably clean. Highly recommended

Sabine has thought of everything, so that is why we returned! The wonderful indoor space is equaled by the huge, covered outdoor patio. Somehow this visit was even better than last time thanks to the peacock that visited for over an hour one morning. If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable, spotless place, you will want to stay here.
