Zeer proper en ruim vakantiehuis. Wat kleine tafel voor 9 personen, maar wat korter bij elkaar is ook gezellig. Bij de douche in de achterste kamer wel lang wachten voor warm water.

Weekend familial à la Côte d'Opale

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Audembert. La maison était parfaite pour notre w-e en famille. Très bien équipée, très moderne mais charmante! Les espaces de vie sont très spacieux. Les chambres étaient confortables. L'espace extérieur est très grand et la vue sur la campagne est superbe. La mer est très proche, tout est facilement accessible. De chouettes balades sont faisables. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter!

Das Haus war wie in der Beschreibung neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern im Familienurlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr ruhig und man konnte super schlafen , die Betten waren sehr gut und mit Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Trockner. Im Ort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, deshalb benötigt man ein Auto.Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Zeer aangenaam

Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep zeer vlot, zowel voor de aankomst, tijdens het verblijf, als bij het vertrek. We kregen tips voor activiteiten waaronder een heel fijn tuinbezoek. Van de tuin hebben we spijtig genoeg niet kunnen genieten door het slechte weer, maar de woonruimte voelde, ondanks het donkere weer,ruim aan door de vele lichtinval van de grote ramen. En we genoten van binnen van het mooie landschap. Ook het uitzicht in de grote slaapkamer is de moeite. De keuken is goed uitgerust. We appreciëren dat er flexibiliteit was qua vertrekuur en er geen extra kosten werden aangerekend voor het breken van een waterkan. Dat is niet overal zo!

Woning onbruikbaar wegens waterlek en instorting plafond

Wij huurden dit mooie huis voor het weekend. Bij aankomst de vrijdagavond merkten wij een donderen vlek op het plafond van de living. Nadien ervaarden wij waterdruppels langsheen de electroleiding van de plafondlamp en een rioolgeur in 2 van de slaapkamers. Zaterdagochtend was de geur toegenomen en hadden wij vermoeden van verstopping op het verdiep en hebben wij geen gebruik durven & kunnen maken van de douches en toiletten op het verdiep. Zaterdagnacht is het plafond van de living gedeeltelijk ingestort. Op zondag hebben wij de zithoek moete verplaatsen om puin en water te verwijderen. Wij hebben onmiddellijk de eigenaar verwittigd. Kort nadien zijn werkmannen en eigenaar aangekomen en beginnen werken zodat wij noodgedwongen meteen onze bagage genomen hebben en vertrokken. De eigenaar stelde voor om een schadeloosstelling terug te betalen,welke tot heden niet is gedaan.

Eine wunderbar helle, großzügige Ferienwohnung. Sehr gut eingerichtet und prima ausgestattet. Superbequeme Betten, 3 Toiletten und 3 Badezimmer. Alles Tiptop! Großzügiger Landsitz

Das großzügige Haus ist sehr geeignet für Menschen, die die Ruhe und das französiche Dorfleben genießen möchten. Drumherum sind Felder und schöne Wege, die zum Spazierengehen einladen. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall erforderlich, da es in Audembert keine Einkausmöglichkeiten gibt. Die große Küche, das große Esszimmer und das einladende Wohnzimmer sind prima für viele Menschen geeignet. Es ist ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden. Ebenso ist der 2. Kühlgefrierschrank toll. Die Schlafzimmer sind einladend und für Erwachsene und Kinder geeignet. Das komplette Haus ist geschmackvoll und einladend eingerichtet. Es ist hell und verfügt über riesige Fensterfronten.Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und die benachbarte Kuhwiese ist wunderbar. Der Blick ist atemberaubend, das Meer ist zu sehen und die Dachterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Kritikpunkte: die weiteren Anbauten und Unterstellmöglichkeiten sind von außen einsehbar und in ihnen lag Müll und Schutt. Es wäre schön, wenn diese, wie das Wohnhaus, gepflegt sind. Die Terrasse hat als Untergrund Holzschalbretter, so dass diese wackeln und splitterig sind. Für Kinder und Barfußläufer sehr ungeeignet. Polsterauflagen hätten das Verweilen draußen auf den Gartenmöbeln verschönert. DieToiletten sind sehr klein und lassen das Verschließen der Tür kaum zu. Wir können dieses Anwesen sehr empfehlen.

Côte d’Opale et joie en famille

Maison parfaite pour une grande famille ou des vacances entre amis: calme, spacieuse avec tout le confort à disposition. Le temps n’était pas au rendez-vous mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de balades en campagne et au bord de la mer. Un grand merci à Camille et à son mari pour leur accueil et disponibilité !
