Ocean-block Condo in Midtown with Bay and Ocean Views

Super convenient and spacious condo on 44th Street, just a half-block to the beach. No need to cross Coastal Highway to get there! This three bedroom, two bathroom ocean block unit is equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of room. The building does have an elevator.

There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has two bunk beds (one (1) twin over double and one (1) twin over twin). The building features an indoor pool that is open from mid-May thru mid-October. It is conveniently located a few streets away from the Roland E. Powell Convention Center. It's just a short walk to the beach, you'll be playing in the sand in just a few minutes! Assigned parking provided for two cars. Limit of 8 people. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. During the peak season this property rents from Saturday to Saturday.

Beautiful View

Family Vacation

We had a great stay here. The location is outstanding, the property is very clean, nicely decorated, and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There were also a host of updates to the entire property that really enhanced our visit. The corner unit provided beautiful views of the sunsets over the bay. Additionally, the communication from the owners was extremely timely. They were a joy to work with. I'd highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Spacious Condo

This condo is very spacious and roomy. Lots of room in living room for our entire family which was nice. Everything you need in kitchen for preparing our own meals , which we did several nights . Balcony is huge and had mess netting built into the railing to protect small children was getting thru. This was a great bonus since we had a 1 year with us and we were really worried about him being out on balcony . It put our mind at ease. It is a little noisy being so close to highway but nothing that bothered us. Communication with owners was great if we had any questions about anything. Parking was close to elevator and we had 2 spaces plus an additional space for anyone on our floor (1st come 1st serve). Easy walk to beach. Belly Busters directly down stairs for food. They also sell ice and beer . My only suggestion would be some high top chairs on balcony so you can really sit and enjoy the absolutely stunning views of the ocean AND bay . Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great experience!

We loved this property! We stayed in this unit a few years ago under previous ownership. The new owners renovated this place and it is adorable! So cozy and perfect for our family for the week. The owner was very attentive in communicating to check on our stay and any needs. 10/10 would recommend!!!
