Teti Bay Bach - Great outdoor living and just a short walk to the lake!

Beautifully refurbished cottage just one street back from the lake. The generous balcony wraps around the lounge with outdoor seating area and BBQ, stepping down into a large front yard.

The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are open plan with beautiful 'beach vibe' décor. There is a heat pump to cosy up to in the winter with Wi-Fi and Freeview on the TV to keep the kids entertained.
The spacious and sunny master bedroom has doors leading out onto the deck. There is also a twin and queen bedroom.

The home has Three bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and one bathroom.

Enjoy this fabulous location with the lake only a short stroll away, there are popular swimming spots on either side of Teti Bay and the Three Mile Bay boat ramp is just a 1Km down the road. Taupo town centre is a short drive with lots of great cafes and boutique shopping.

Whilst there is a Spa Pool at this property, unfortunately it is out of order and not for guest use.
This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. An additional guest surcharge applies for more than 6 people.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
