Great location close to all the key spots in Rotorua. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was large. Anu was great with communication.

Had everything we needed in a great location, really tidy, pleasant space. Kind and welcoming host. Appreciated the extra touches, like having salt, pepper, salad dressing and even fresh fruit on arrival. Only thing is I’d recommend for a shorter stay or if you’re planning to mostly eat out (which we did), as the kitchen is tiny.

We had a great stay - we were two friends having a girls weekend. Very clean. Good sized bedrooms and large bathroom/ laundry with a combined living room and kitchenette. We had dinner at the pub/restaurant in walking distance. Forest super close.

Great location for redwoods mtb riding.Clean & nicely styled & great shower.Room configuration doesn't quite match the listing but we made use of the fold out couch which worked okay.Lovely, friendly hosts. Would recommend & would stay again.

Perfect location! Very responsive hosts! All you need to have fun and be cozy in Rotorua!! We had 4 adults and had plenty of room. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Comforts of a home and close to everything!

Loved our stay here! We enjoyed having the comforts of a home during our travels. The unit is attached to the host’s house, but is very private with your own entry. Even so, the host Anu is lovely, so no worries at all. All of the Rotorua attractions are within a 10 minutes drive and the Redwoods and some restaurants are in walking distance. Cozy spot in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a couples or family getaway :)

Mt biking haven

Fantastic property, perfectly positioned with easy access to the Mt Bike park. Friendly hosts. Even tho the apartment it attached to the hosts house, it was very quite and private. Perfect place for our Mt Biking long weekend! Easy walk to the shops.

Lovely house

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. We were a little shocked at the advertised dryer being a clothes line. However it did not impede our stay. House was lovely overall and we would come back.

What a fabulous location...

This is an amazing spot and a beautiful property to be your home away from home. It was nice and cosy for our family of 4 and we loved the proximity to the Redwoods. We will definitely be back 😊

Awesome place to stay; quiet yet in close proximity to Redwoods and town. Probably better suited to 4 rather than 5 people unless some are very small.

Cozy Spot Close to the Redwoods

brilliant accommodation right next to all the action!! 5 min walk to a great pub and 10mins from the door to sitting on the mountain bike shuttle at the Te Putake O Tawa car park!

Rotorua leg of our trip

Comfortable beds and bathroom. Not a lot of kitchen space but worked ok as we only really had breakfasts in. Had a bit of trouble trying to work out tv but host came in and assisted as soon as we called.

We are a family of 5 with my wife originating in Finland and myself from Central Otago. We have 3 boys (10, 8 and 2), a dog (Boston - recently adopted super laid-back and non barking puppy) and a cat (Coco).

We own a tourism business and love to meet new people and show them what a wonderful place Rotorua and NZ is to visit.

From the moment we stepped into our house, we could see the potential. We both love industrial 'New York loft' design and could see the many possibilities we had when converting the old garage into an open plan living room/kitchen/dining. The section is nice and secure and private for our small and busy family. We love the safe and quiet neighborhood. And lastly, location of the house couldn't be better for us. Redwoods forest which is only 100 metres away is one of our favourite spots to visit and we do this daily. Rotorua city centre and five stunning lakes (+ majestic Mt Tarawera) are also only a short drive away.

The apartment is new and decorated to the style that we like which is industrial and modern. The apartment is fully insulated and it has a big radiator heater to keep guests warm during colder winter months. The location of this apartment is so well positioned close to the Redwoods, town and lakes.
