Punta del Cielo (Heaven's Point) is sure to impress both new visitors to Vallarta and seasoned travellers. With an incredible location right in downtown overlooking the famous Lady of Guadalupe Cathedral, Punta del Cielo is steps to everything that this incredible city has to offer. Located in the oldest neighborhood in Vallarta, Gringo Gulch, this incredible villa feels surrounded by the history of the town.

The first thing that guests to the villa notice are the astonishing views from all throughout the villa. There is truly no villa anywhere in Vallarta with better views -- jaw-dropping is the only word that comes to mind. One can see the entire bay and downtown from the villa and the daily sunsets are stuff that dreams are made of. Punta del Cielo guests have the best seats in town to the nightly and New Years' Eve firework shows.

One of the most unique features of this property is how to get there. Punta del Cielo has it's own private funicular that takes guests from street level to the front entrance way. Watch the views get better and better as you head up to this amazing villa.

Once in the villa, you will not want to leave. With a full staff including a cook to prepare 2 meals per day (cost of groceries extra) and serve drinks poolside, there is no better place to be in Vallarta.

Guests find themselves spending most of their time on the main level where there is an incredible pool deck and heated infinity pool overlooking downtown Vallarta and the Bay of Banderas. Imagine yourself having dinner poolside while watching the sun sink into the Pacific Ocean.

Punta del Cielo boasts 6 fantastic ensuite bedrooms which can sleep up to 13 guests. All 6 bedrooms have King sized beds (two bedrooms can be converted into 2 twins and one bedroom has an additional twin / day bed), ocean views and terraces.

NIGHTLY RATES
As Punta del Cielo is a 6 bedroom villa, we use a tiered nightly rate system so that smaller groups who don't need use of all of our bedrooms will pay a discounted rate. Punta del Cielo is a private villa so even if a group does not rent all the bedrooms, no other guests would stay there at the same time. Due to limitations in the VRBO pricing system, they may not present an accurate quote so please refer to the chart below for correct pricing.

Summer Season (Jun 01 to October 31) - Minimum 4 night stay
4 Bedroom Nightly Rate (up to 8 guests) = $920 USD plus tax
5 Bedroom Nightly Rate (up to 10 guests) = $1,150 USD plus tax
6 Bedroom Nightly Rate (up to 12 guests) = $1,380 USD plus tax

Winter Season (November 01 - May 31) - Minimum 4 night stay
4 Bedroom Nightly Rate (up to 8 guests) = $1,080 USD plus tax
5 Bedroom Nightly Rate (up to 10 guests) = $1,350 USD plus tax
6 Bedroom Nightly Rate (up to 12 guests) = $1,620 USD plus tax

This place was great! The staff was wonderful and our host was on point and satisfied our every need. The Villa is awesome. The scenery from the infinity pool was just breathtaking. The cooks made wonderful food for our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. I’m definitely coming back to this Villa the next time I’m back visiting Puerto Vallarta.

An amazing villa for a big group

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The check in process was easy, the concierge was very easy to communicate with and made the entire check in process & stay seamless. The staff were so friendly and prepared delicious meals for breakfast and lunch. The villa is gorgeous; spacious, clean, beautiful pool & view, and we loved the fire pit. Overall, we had an incredible stay and loved this villa. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!!

The property is beautiful, spacious, and each room has an attached bathroom! You get a great view of PV from outside both by the pool and upstairs by the fire pit. The staff was awesome from beginning to end! They were very nice, personable, and professional as well as very accommodating. The home-cooked meals were delicious...every single one of them! I would recommend this place to any of my friends!

Our group of 8 could not be happier that we chose to stay at punta del cielo while in Puerto Vallarta. The villa is gorgeous with the most amazing views in the entire city. The staff, Pilla, Roman and Blanca, were equally as amazing as the house. All very friendly and accommodating! Maria, the concierge was exceptional! Everything about Punta Del Cielo is excellent. It is first off beautifully put together, set up in the mountains overlooking the entire Bay. Easily the best view in all of Puerto Vallarta. Right in the heart of town. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants that PV has to offer. Around 7 minute walk down to the Malecon. But to top off the beauty and location is the amazing staff. Blanca, Lupita, Roman made sure that we felt at home. Thank you so much -The Corcorans

Amazing house, views, and the food was amazing!

We could not have had a better week in Puerto Vallarta! Maria, Roman, Blanca and Denora were so good to all of us! The food was amazing and the view made us not want to leave the house. Close to downtown when walking down hill. It would be a long uphill walk back up but we took taxis back to the house when we were out. The funicular was so fun! Pictures do not do this house justice. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much again for making this vacation one of our favorites!

Best View in town !

Loved it all ! ….. House, Staff, Food. Perfect house for a group of couples to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. You must be able to walk up a fairly steep hill where you board a funicular up to the property. Once there, the view is spectacular. The staff will welcome you with a refreshing beverage. They prepare meals that rival any restaurant in town. All 6 of the en-suite mbedrooms are beautiful and comfortable. We will be back.

It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This

If your idea of a perfect vacation is relaxing by a pool overlooking the beautiful blue Bay of Banderas, being served first class meals, snacks and beverages, a front row seat for watching fireworks explode over the ocean every night and falling asleep in a luxurious guestroom with ensuite bath, all within walking distance of exciting nightlife or a day of shopping or just walking on the Malacon, then this is the place for you! I can't thank you enough Roman, Lupita and Blanca for spoiling us every day of our stay, and Maria for planning and coordinating all our activities! Truly it doesn't get any better than this beautiful home and warm and inviting staff. We were totally and completely spoiled by this magical place! Can't wait to go back next year!

Puerto Vallarta Dream Home!

I could not recommend this home more! I am always VERY nervous booking on these sights as I tend to end up in hotels but this home WILL NOT disappoint. Well appointed, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, stunning views, peaceful, and the staff is so helpful and amazing! Blanca makes a fresh bed daily, Lupita makes a mean flan ( and anything else your heart desires) and Roman was our go to guy for anything PV and helped with every question we had. They are a great team and amazing hosts. Maria was so helpful and kind and made the preparations for the visit so easy. Everything was waiting for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend choosing this house and I will be back for another stay very soon!

Expansive Views

Our group really enjoyed the panoramic views of Banderas Bay. We found immense pleasure in watching the cruise ships come in and the occasional whale sighting. Maria, Roman, Blanca and Aurora are warm, friendly and accommodating. Be sure to wear solid walking shoes to walk to downtown. The hills are quite steep and require some effort.

Incredible stay at amazing villa

I booked Punta Del Cielo for my 30th birthday with a group of friends, and could not have been happier with my stay. The villa itself was so nice and clean, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The staff was so accommodating and the food was delicious, and even worked around some dietary restrictions in the group. Carla, our concierge, was very responsive throughout our stay, helped us plan various last minute activities, and made the trip as seamless and stress free as possible. Others in the group were already talking about booking another stay at Punta Del Cielo. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing home and best view one could ask for!!

Everything was better then I expected. The photos and videos don’t do it justice. Beautiful property. The house was spacious and comfortable. Maria is the best Concerige I’ve ever had. The house man Roman was awesome and very accommodating. Lupita created great meals for our group. Blanca kept the house spotless. Overall great experience.

Exactly what we were looking for

We wanted to have a private extended family oasis. One where we could be together and also easily slip away as a group or as couples when desired. The staff was amazing. They knew when to be be there and when to leave us alone. For 10 to 12 guests it was ideal.

Truly amazing property and experience!

Let me start by saying that the property exceeded expectations on most levels and that I had high expectations going in. I celebrated by 60th birthday along with 11 family members and friends. The place is perfectly set-up for such a celebration as it is wonderfully self-contained and spacious/private for each of the 6 couples. We ate two meals per day, sitting at the table for each one. The food and service was absolutely fantastic! Combined with the atmosphere and setting, it was a perfect setting to spend quality time with loved ones. We spent a lot of time in the pool and sitting outside marveling at the wonderful views. Most in trip had been to Puerto Vallarta many times, myself included. All agreed that this was the most spectacular place they had stayed at (and we have stayed at many very nice places before in PV.) Several commented that this was the most wonderful long weekend vacation they had ever taken and were likely to take. In summary, could not possibly have asked for more, especially given it being a birthday celebration. I believe it was very good value for what we received and could not recommend it any more highly!

Relaxing, Beautiful, Indulgent Gem

The pictures of the house do not do it justice! It was absolutely amazing in every detail. Beautiful interior, beautiful infiniti pool, so clean and amazing, warm helpful staff. We ate many meals at home because Lupita's cooking would win over the Queen. They did everything in their power to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable during our stay. They decorated for our friend's bday prior to arrival and made sure our cooler was always full of drink! The concierge was beyond amazing accounting for every detail, including a private boat ride that exceeded expectations. Every room in this house is comfortable and most have a view to die for. Would come back in a heart beat!

This was hands down the most fabulous vacation I have ever been on. The staff (Lupita and Roman) were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was out of this world. Maria (the house manager) even arranged a special birthday surprise for me, we got an awesome giant rainbow floatie for the pool, and massages on site! The team was always available to answer questions and help us plan our visit, before, during, and after our stay! Maria even raced from the house to the airport to give one of my friends their jackets they had left in the house before we boarded our flight home - truly exceptional service. We felt like family! In addition to the incredible staff, the house itself is magnificent, heated pool, fire pit with endless views of the city and ocean, and indoor/outdoor living! You feel like a celebrity every second you are there! Not one of the 11 people I was with had a single negative thing to say! I would recommend this location to anyone! It truly is heaven on earth - we will be back !!!!
