Casa Bahia's construction was finished in December of 2021. Be one of the first guests to stay in this brand-new architectural masterpiece with spectacular views of Banderas Bay. The chef inspired kitchen is a welcoming place to gather with friends and enjoy alfresco dining with full glass sliding walls. The attention to detail shows in the architectural design of the open air staircase that traverses the entire villa, including the heated infinity plunge pool and the spacious relaxing palapa with panoramic views. This brand new villa has custom hand-crafted furniture and cabinetry that enhances the natural beauty of your living experience.

Casa Bahia is a 10 minute walk to the Malecon and a 20 minute walk to the Romantic Zone. The hill back to the Villa is steep, but walkable if you want the exercise. It is also easy to take a cab or Uber to get back up the hill. The views are worth the effort! Although we are located in very safe family community, outdoor security cameras located at the two main entrances have been added as an additional safety measure to ensure piece of mind during your stay.

All 4 well-appointed suites feature balconies with a view of the ocean, king size beds, luxurious linens, dramatic lighting and spa like ensuites with rainfall showers.

Your stay at the luxurious Casa Bahia includes daily housekeeping services (excluding Sundays & Holidays). Our housekeeper will be in the villa each morning until early afternoon beginning the day after your arrival. Services include: daily tidying of bedrooms and ensuites, beds made and towels refreshed. Shared areas will be tidied and cleaned as needed. You can relax, knowing we have your comfort in mind.

This property is wonderful and I would have given it a 5 star except for a couple of things beyond the owner's control. The unit is only 3 years old so it was in very good shape, was super clean and extremely comfortable with every bedroom having its on ensuite and a 1/2 bath on main floor. The view is incredible from main living area and all bedrooms. The communication was amazing and they were very accommodating. If you have a toddler, I would not recommend as it has open staircase and open railings that could be dangerous. The drive up to the unit is VERY steep. Even taxi/uber drivers had a bit of a time ascending the narrow road. Also, because it is close to town, it was quite noisy and ear plugs were a necessity to sleep. It was holiday time so louder music, partying might not be as bad at other times of the year. The unit is up many short flights of stairs or a very slow elevator ride. All in all, my family said they would definitely stay here again!

Casa Bahia is absolutely gorgeous! The Palapa was spacious and had a view second to none, day and night!! It was a beautiful place to spend time. The bedrooms were all equally nice and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. The daily housekeeping with fresh towels and tidying was a special touch that made us feel cared for. Eduardo, the concierge, did a great job with reservations, transfers and was available to help with anything needed throughout our stay. Owners had great communication!! Thank you for a stay that we will always remember and cherish!!

Beautiful place to stay with gorgeous views! Alma was amazing! Eduardo was very helpful with coordinating rides, providing restaurant recommendations, and anything else we needed. The property is located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to the beach and all the places we wanted to go. The only drawback is the hill getting to the property in that several taxis/ubers were not able to make it up the hill and the stairs getting up to the property were challenging at times. Overall, I recommended staying here!

I will definitely be staying here again. This was such a beautiful place and located in an awesome spot. Very easy to get in and out of the property. If you felt like walking or taking an Uber there was no issue. Our concierge Eduardo and housekeeper Alma truly helped to make the experience was great one!

Incredible!!

We were blown away - The host is very responsive and helpful, Eduardo greeted us at the house and gave us a tour (and even did our grocery shopping prior to our arrival), organized excursions (saving us money), gave recommendations anytime we asked for advice, and was there for us any time we needed something. Alma came to clean every day so it was like walking into the house for the first time, every time. The house itself is gorgeous and has an INCREDIBLE view. We felt very spoiled there! I would say it’s probably not for elderly or physically challenged, as it is on a steep hill and there are lots of stairs (unless you took an uber to and from the house every time then it would be fine). It didn’t bother us but we are fit and in our 30’s-40’s and walked mostly everywhere. That would be my only caution but honestly the house is so amazing you wouldn’t even have to leave! You can have a private chef come in, massage therapists come in, watch the whales breaching from the Palapa, etc. We cannot wait to go back! Such a great vacation because of our stay and the house staff!

The house is gorgeous, spacious, and has everything one would need for a perfect vacation. Jeannette is incredibly accommodating - thank you! Eduardo and Alma were so much help (we love Alma!). Walking distance to many excellent restaurants. There is a hill at the end, but it not too bad. I went up and down it on a broken foot. The hill is worth the view from the house! I highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa--the Uphill Trek is Worth it

My friends and I stayed at this villa for almost a week. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was cool and refreshing, and the views were breathtaking! It is located up a steep hill--it's on a path up to the mirado (viewpoint) with many locals making the trek--and we either enjoyed the challenging walk or were able to successfully get Ubers/taxis up to the house. I would recommend for anyone who wants to be close to el centro (walking distance to la zona romantica and el malecon) and is up for a little trek!

Best Vacation!

We have traveled to Mexico several times from Cancun to Cabo and found that Puerto Vallarta is our favorite. We wanted to stay in a property that felt like you were a local yet could easily get everywhere you wanted.....this is it!! Transported to a luxury villa as soon as the front door opened. Eduardo facilitated all of our fun (deep sea fishing, driver to and from the zoo, private chef's and transportation at a moment's notice) Alma kept the amazing villa spotless. (She even did our laundry one day) My wife said this was the most relaxing vacation we have had.....and I agree! Thank you! P.S. Hit the stair master at the gym before you get here;)

My husband, 17 year old daughter and I LOVED our stay at this incredible house!! It had everything we ever could have needed and more! The location was perfect for all things P.V.! It is up the hill from the main drag, ocean, shopping and dining.

Perfection!

This house is amazing in every way. The owners were there to greet us when we arrived and gave us the tour. Rosy was there daily making the house immaculate. I thought the steep street would be a problem but it's only really steep for about a block and was walkable. The view is stunning and a short round of fireworks goes off every night from a ship directly in front of the house. The finishes in this home are so elegant and high end you feel the luxury at every turn. I would stay there again in a minute.

My entire party loved the property. The house was fantastic, beautiful, clean and felt new. There was attention to every detail. The views the whale watching were excellent. The close proximity to town and everything Puerto Vallarta offered was close by. I would go back without hesitation.

Family Getaway!

The home looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable with I would say the best veiw in the city! The walk up the hill can be rough at times but it will keep you Healthy. The only drawback was the Rooster across the street, he likes to get up early. There are Iguanas climbing in the trees and that was pretty cool to see and there are always people walking up the hill to the lookout point that is also great exercise! Very nice place, other tourists were Jealous!

Great house with great view

We had a great stay. Eduardo and Rosie were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The view is great and the hill is a hike, but well worth it. Alternatively, Ubers and cabs can get you there for not much charge. Only five minutes to the malecon walking.

An unbeatable experience!

From the moment that we booked Casa Bahia to the moment that we left, this was an amazing experience. Jeanette went above and beyond with her communication and helping us plan excursions, putting us in touch with drivers, and overall just being incredibly helpful. You have a concierge named Edoardo, who is equally amazing, and Rosie the housecleaner is so sweet and left our rooms and common spaces pristine for when we returned home from excursions throughout the day. They even helped us book a round-trip driver to and from the ocean Grill, which is about 30 minutes away. As a bachelorette trip of eight girls, This made our lives so much easier and helped us to feel safe and taken care of. Jeanette also helped us book a private chef which we highly recommend doing. It’s actually cheaper than going out to eat at a lot of places and the experience of eating with the ocean front view is unbeatable. Although the house is a little bit of a hill, I was surprised to have so many Uber drivers fearlessly it take us up. After a few drinks, it’s not too hard to walk up the hill and there’s also an elevator in the house. I highly recommend Casa Bahia Puerto anyone looking for an unforgettable luxury experience. I hope one of us gets engaged soon, so we have another excuse to come back. You won’t regret staying here!

Wonderful experience

Our stay at Casa Bahai was a wonderful, first class experience. Jeanette is an excellent owner to work with and provided great local recommendations. The vision for their home, and the attention to every detail, were as spectacular as the views of PV throughout the house. Having a home with a concierge (Eduardo) and daily housekeeping (Rosie) provides unexpected personal service that is superior today compared to many high end hotels. It was wonderful strolling the oceanfront, experiencing the local restaurants, while trying to "fit in" getting back to the house for a relaxing drink drink. Wishing we could have stayed longer, and looking forward to returning again.

A Special Engagement

Our group of 8 was looking for a special and comfortable setting for our week in PV, and for a very special proposal. The home is simply perfect and provides the ideal setting for a group stay. Everyone is afforded privacy with a king bed and ensuite bathroom - no need to fight for the “best room”. Jeanette and Eduardo are wonderful and helped me coordinate key details to make my surprise proposal plans a dream come true. The setting on the 3rd floor rooftop is simply spectacular and the backdrop to any special event or occasion you might imagine. Rosie is simply delightful and professional. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about having a housekeeper at the home every day. It was great though. She’s friendly and delightful to talk to and yet she manages to do her thing without our noticing. Though the following didn’t bother me at all, I think it’s only fair to note that the climb, although short, can be intense and at times car services aren’t able/willing to make the final steep climb. But, you should expect hills when visiting PV and you’re glutes may thank you for it. And the view (and privacy it offers) is absolutely worth it! You’re in a residential neighbourhood, so some mornings you’re greeted by a rooster or barking dog. If you’re a light sleeper, consider ear plugs. I loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to stay again at Casa Bahia.

Breath-taking views

Absolutely gorgeous and well-stocked condo in a beautiful charming location although I would not recommend it for anyone with a mobility issue. It was a quick walk down to the downtown area and plenty of Ubers to take you back up the hill. Also, there are several areas that might be dangerous for a toddler. Although, our little 1and 1/2 year old had a great time. It’s situated on a very steep hill. There is an elevator though. The owner, Jeannette was extremely responsive to all my emails. Rosie, our housekeeper, was wonderful and very unobtrusive when she cleaned up after us. We did have a couple of hiccups. The propane ran out twice but Eduardo was very quick to respond to the situation and rectify the problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view and Roof Top Patio

Amazing place! Jeanette and Eduardo were super responsive to all of our questions! Absolutely get Eduardo to stock the fridge for you before you show up….hill is quite steep and the majority of our taxis could not go up the hill. Having said that the hill is what gives you the extraordinary view! House is very clean and was a very central place to stay to explore the Malecon and Zona Romantica. Great house!

Great Stay!

We stayed at Casa Bahia for a family wedding in October 2022. Our group included seniors and as well as a toddler, so we had various logistical requirements that needed to be accommodated. Our host, Jeanette was responsive to all our questions and went out of her way to ensure we had everything squared away prior to arrival. Our concierge, Eduardo was very helpful and assisted with our daily needs, including coordinating private transportation for the group. Our housekeeper, Rosie was fantastic and kept the house immaculate during our stay. The whole team was professional and accommodating to all our needs, especially with last minute family visits at the house. We highly recommend Casa Bahia.

Absolutely Wonderful

A stunning property

Part of our Entertainment company traveled to Vallarta over Semana Santa week for business and while there on business we needed a place that was the perfect spot to relax. This property was the perfect place for just that. This house is as beautiful as it shows on all the pictures. From Jeanette being super easy to communicate with to Eduardo the property manager who went way beyond out of his way to make sure our stay was the perfect one. The property has breathtaking views and a perfect location for a beautiful Vallarta sunset. Wether you're in the swimming pool or any room of the house, the spectacular views are beautiful compared to the pictures. If you're in the mood to soak up the sun or have an outdoor dining experience, the rooftop of this house is just the place you need. This is my first time booking something for our event company through this website. I am so happy I did and found Casa Bahia. We cannot wait to return to Vallarta and stay here again.

BOOK IT! CASA BAHIA IS A ABSOLUTE GEM!!!

I don't even know where to begin! Theo and Jeanette have created a gem in the heart of PV. From the beginning, Jeanette was extremely responsive and accommodating. She made sure all our needs were met and even set up a driver to pick us up at the airport. Once we made it to Casa Bahia, (15-20 minutes from the airport) as you walk in the views are breath taking. The staff is friendly, responsive, and truly want you to enjoy your stay. Every level has views of the bay and the sunsets are unreal! The rooftop is the perfect entertainment area. The rooms are spacious, and comfortable with full bathrooms. 5 Minute walk to the malecon, 10-15 minutes to Zona Romantica, and the area is safe. Theres a steep hill to climb but it is well worth the view. It may be tough with kids but overall it is perfect for adults. I will defiantly be returning to this home! We are Canadians who fell in love with Mexico in the 80’s. We have travelled extensively throughout Mexico and we kept coming back to PV. Once we experienced the culture and the people of PV we knew we wanted to spend more time there and build a home to allow others to experience this incredible city. There are hidden gems around each corner and you can get lost in the charm of the cobble stone streets and experience the breathtaking sunsets -- an adventure always awaits.
