Welcome to Fireside Lodge 321, a delightful 1-bedroom/1-bathroom condo situated in the vibrant heart of Sun Peaks Resort village.
This inviting condo is perfect for a small family or solo traveler looking for comfort and convenience. The bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the living room offers a queen-sized sofabed, encouraging a restful stay for all.
The full kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals during your vacation, but with the condo's prime location, you're just steps away from a variety of fantastic restaurants where you can indulge in local cuisine - including the locals' favourite, Powder Hounds restaurant, located on the ground level of Fireside Lodge. Talk about convenient!
The cozy living area extends to a private balcony, providing the perfect spot to start your morning with a coffee or tea while taking in the scenic views, or to unwind with some après-ski relaxation.
This charming condo offers the ideal blend of homey comfort and unbeatable location, making it the perfect base for all your mountain adventures no matter the season.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
