● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is parking space for up to 6 vehicles.

No detail has been overlooked in this stately home. The open living and dining spaces have a soothing mix of calming grays, crisp whites, and pops of bright teal. High ceilings, elegant recessed lighting, and tons of natural light add to the airy and spacious feel of the room.

A marble-topped, natural wood island with bar seating, a built-in microwave, and a wine fridge leads into the kitchen. White shaker cabinets and gleaming marble worktops create a luxurious and efficient space to prepare coffee, cocktails, casual lunches, snacks— or a full dinner for the whole crew. Stainless steel appliances and a modern vent hood over the range complete the chic space. Down the hall is a laundry room that leads into a powder room.

There’s one bedroom on the main level that has a king-size bed and an attached full bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs. First is the master suite, with a sumptuous king-size bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with dramatic tile work. The master suite also has access to a sun-kissed balcony overlooking the bay. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and an attached full bathroom with a step-in shower, and the third bedroom is a bunk room— with two full-over-full bunks and a double stack of twin-over-twin bunks built into a cozy nook. The bunk room also has its own private full bathroom.

The epic outdoor spaces at this home will draw you outside again and again— to enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, or sip a glass of wine while a pastel pink sunset lights up the sky above you. The main level deck space has two dining tables for hosting memorable alfresco dinners under the stars with the whole family.

On the ground level, there’s even more lounging and dining space— including a barbeque area with a charcoal grill and picnic tables. A dreamy wood walkway winds its way across the shoreline of West Bay and is easily accessible from the home. You’ll want to take many leisurely strolls down this peaceful pathway and perhaps do a little fishing. And when you want to get sandy, Pirates Beach is a 5-minute drive away.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the Bay.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
