This is a beautifully appointed, classic Ocean Grove beach house, a stone’s throw from the heart of town and within walking distance to shops, cafés, and the beach. This light-filled, airy home is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and comfort, with spectacular views of the ocean, Barwon Heads Bluff and river from the living, kitchen and dining areas.
With four spacious bedrooms, our home accommodates up to 10 guests. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom features a queen bed. The bunk room is perfect for kids, offering four singles, and the fourth bedroom includes a king single with a pull-out trundle. Two well-designed bathrooms (one with a bath) and a convenient laundry with a washing machine and dryer ensure a comfortable stay for all.
The lounge, dining and gourmet chef’s kitchen are open plan. In the lounge room you’ll find comfy couches to sink into and a large flat screen TV, and a Tivoli radio / Bluetooth sound on the handmade Oregon timber bookcase. There are lamps for mood lighting in the evening along with lanterns to take out onto the deck on a hot summer night. Enjoy dinner with friends and family at our 10-seater dining table, as the sun sets over the Barwon River. Or, send the kids outside to eat on the balcony, put a playlist on and relax with a drink at the kitchen bench or dining table, overlooking the Southern Ocean and Barwon estuary.
The kitchen is well equipped with Global kitchen knives, Swiss Diamond stainless steel cookware, Falcon enamelware, a gas stove and electric oven, perfect for creating your favourite meals. There is also a family sized Ziegler & Brown triple burner barbeque on the balcony to enjoy.
The kids will love their own separate breakout area, complete with a table tennis table and a TV room just for them. Meanwhile, adults can unwind in the upstairs living space, kitchen, or dining area as the sun sets over a shimmering Barwon river. Enjoy the cool sea breeze as day turns to dusk in this quiet coastal haven.
An expansive garden and lawn area are perfect for outdoor games or relaxing by the firepit on cooler nights.
This is the perfect beach escape for families or groups looking to experience coastal living with style and convenience.

We stock a basic pantry that includes: Ground Coffee Beans, Milk, Black and Herbal Teas, Salt, Pepper & Olive Oil with plunger or drip coffee-making options.
HOUSE RULES
• It is important that the number of guests staying in the property is as per your booking request. Please ensure the number of occupants does not exceed the number stipulated.
• We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in our property
• We arrange for the property to have a full clean prior to your arrival. We request that you leave the property in a clean and tidy state and treat it as if it were your own home.
• Guests agree not to create any nuisance or excessive noise, causing annoyance to the owners or occupiers of any neighbours. No parties or functions please.
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received.
• All loud music must cease by 11.00 pm
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
• As the guest of the property, you are responsible to take due care of the property. Guests are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the booking dates.
• We reserve the right to request payment from the security deposit lodged should the following additional expense result from your stay at our house:
• Extra cleaning including BBQ, putting away of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glassware etc.
• Lost keys and remote controls
• Unnecessary call outs, breakages or damage.
• Missing linen, towels or items removed from the house.
• Rejection of rubbish collection due to incorrect usage.
• As a guest of the property, you indemnify us and the owners of the property of any liability caused by you or your guests which may arise during your stay at the property.
