- Topsail Time will make you feel at home, away from home. The 1st floor is home to the living room, kitchen, laundry and King Master bedroom. The 2nd floor features 2 guest bedrooms, a common area and a full-size bathroom.

- The 1st floor features a bright and open, fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen opens up to the family style dining area and a spacious living room. The kitchen features a Keurig cup coffee maker, ideal for those peaceful mornings on the oceanfront deck.
- The living room has plenty of seating, including a large, comfy sectional couch.
- Adjacent to the kitchen sit a half bath and a laundry room.

*Bedrooms*

**1st Floor**
- King Master: Features a pillow top King size mattress, a large smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. Showers will be a dream come true in the extra large walk-in shower featuring a ceiling mounted rainfall shower head and a separate hand-held option.

**2nd Floor**
- Queen Bedroom: Ocean views, a large smart TV, and a private oceanfront deck access.
- Twin Bedroom: 2 twin beds w/ twin trundles, a large smart TV, ocean views, and a private oceanfront deck access.
- Common Area: Featuring 4 fold out, futon-style twin beds.
- Full Bathroom: The full-size guest bathroom sits between the 2 bedrooms, with access from the common area. Features a shower over bathtub.

*Linens*
- Bed, bath & kitchen linens are all provided (including a few beach towels!)
- Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property.
- **For an additional fee beds can be made, please contact our office to schedule this extra service at least a week before arrival**

*Booking Details*
- Arrival & Departure: Check-In: 3 PM | Check-Out:10 AM
- Door Codes: Door access codes will be sent the morning of check-in through email & text message

- A "starter set" of dish soap, sponge, laundry pod and dishwasher tab.
- After Booking: We will send confirmation with your guest log-in and Vacation Rental Contract to the email address provided. Please check your spam/junk email and let us know right away if you did not receive an email to your regular inbox. This way we can ensure that you receive all important information regarding your vacation before your arrival, including door codes and final payment reminders!

*Area Guide*
- Only a few miles away you will find grocery stores, plenty of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, surfing lessons, shopping and more. You will be located between historic Wilmington and Camp LeJeune/Jacksonville NC.
- North Topsail Beach, NC is a unforgettable quaint beach town. The best part is, it is non-commercialized! There are tons of amazing restaurants in North Topsail Beach, such as Seaview Fishing Pier, Splash by the Sea, and Oceans Edge. Better yet, there are more great dining options in Sneads Ferry, Surf City, South Topsail Beach, Hampstead, and Holly Ridge!
- If you still have the energy for some nighttime entertainment there are local beach bars, breweries, sports bars and more nearby. Several have live music all year round!
- One of our favorite things to do with friends/family that come to visit us is hire a chartered fishing trip, and rent jet-skis or bicycles & electric bikes!

- Sea View Fishing Pier & Restaurant is only a few steps away from the front door of Topsail Time. Bring or rent a fishing pole for you and the family, and add a "fresh catch" to the menu for your family's dinner!
- Be sure to check out the brand new skate park at Surf City's community center, Shipwreck Mini Golf, Paradise Arcade, The Sea Turtle Rescue, The Surf City Aquarium, the Surf City Pier, The Battleship in Wilmington, NC, Jungle Rapids, and tons of shops & entertainment!
