Hermosa Beach 'Pool House' just 8 minute walk to the beach. Great house for remote working and schooling. Internet is very fast and available in all areas including the backyard / patio. Fully functioning office space plus desks in 2 of the bedrooms. Ample seating area in kitchen and dining rooms. This house is 4k sq ft and has 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, sleeps 10+. Walking distance to the famous Pier where you will find all types of restaurants and shopping. Amenities include a very large open floor plan, modern kitchen fully equipped, dining table for 8, massive den, sauna, fireplace, and TV's in every room. The backyard features a 40' pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, TV, frigde, and multiple seating areas.

The house worked well for our needs, big open spaces for congregating, great outdoor patio/pool area, reasonably stocked kitchen, bikes for cruising, great proximity to beach.

Family pool staycation

Perfect summer staycation. Beautiful place with plenty of room for everyone. This place had everything to make our stay comfortable and feel like home
