Horrible stay! When we got in the condo, there was 2 dead roaches on the floor. I immediately messaged the host asking to get moved to another condo or give us a partial refund for the inconvenience also because the property is under construction and the booking site did not disclose this information, had they did we wouldn’t never booked here. I never got a response back after sending multiple messages. I will attach the attempts to contact host. Nothing about this place is a RESORT. The whole place is under construction, there’s no access to pool or beach. We had to walk to main entrance to access the beach, two towers over from where we were. There is also a pool there. Two days after check in, i killed two more roaches. The bar stools are torn and raggidy. The noise from the construction EVERY MORNING woke us up. We drove 6 hours for vacation to get to this! There’s a hangout bar and grill on property that never operated the whole 6 days we stayed. Christmas morning we woke up to the garbage disposal backing up in the kitchen sink, smelled like old vomit! I contacted the help number as they sent maintenance over while no one was at the condo, all our personal items were in the condo. This was the worst Christmas vacation ever! Host unprofessional, place looks dirty and run down, sofa hard and uncomfortable, u can hear and feel the springs when u sit down. Best part was the bed was comfortable, i’ll give ONE star for the bed. I don’t recommend staying here!!!
