This condo comes with 2 frees sets of beach chairs from beach services. This is a $500 value during the season!

The lockout third bedroom has a luxurious wet bar and mini fridge for your vacation enjoyment. All 3 bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach!
Our vacation rental sleeps 10 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the lockout third bedroom. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's. Free Wifi available in room!


The dining table seats 8, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

We have conveniently provided you with two sets of free beach chairs (4 chairs), usually which cost to rent!

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and parasail activities throughout the peak season March 01- October 01.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

Letā€™s start with the good.The condo was beautiful. It was clean, other than needing a good deep clean. Plenty of storage space. There was plenty of room for everyone in the common areas. Having a washer/dryer was nice. (But needs to be included in the deep cleaning. Washer had mildew build up.) Convenient location in Panama. There were some beach/pool toys in the room, which Iā€™m sure were just left by other previous tenants, but it was nice, regardless. The hot tub was nice. We arrived only to discover that there was construction. This construction resulted in us being unable to use both of the balconies for our entire stay, which was a huge disappointment for us. One of the balcony doors on the lockout room was completely covered with a wood panel. I reached out via VRBO to relay our frustration with not being informed of said construction and nobody could be bothered to reply. There was scaffolding with people going up and down during the day, which was incredibly loud. (We were traveling with a one year old and this made nap times extra fun.)The heated pool being closed during November was poor planning. And should have been conveyed when booking.We would not have booked if we had been aware of the construction. Especially if we had known that we wouldnā€™t be allowed to use the balconies unless we wanted to be ā€œevicted.ā€ The sliding doors do not lock. Which seems like a safety issue for a ā€œfamily friendlyā€ condo.

Donā€™t expect anything from management

The condo was great and we already love Long Beach BUT the refrigerator was not working an we did not know that when we purchased groceries on Saturday. We let the management company know on Sunday morning and explained that we had groceries. Nothing was done until Monday and the person who communicated with us said she was only customer service and she would have the property manager contact us by email. No one ever did. We had to eat the cost of our groceries for the week.

Family vacation

We had a great time. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook for a large family. That is important to me. The beds were pretty comfortable. The balcony floor was kinda dirty but it was ok. Plenty of furniture for everyone. We had some bugs on the floor at night. I didnā€™t say anything because it wasnā€™t bad. It could use a little revamp though. I would definitely stay there again. It was a great price for two weeks.

Great place

Condo was perfect, no complaints with that at all. Love the 2 sets of beach chairs that came with it. The resort overall could use some updates/repairs and the big pool with waterfalls is extremely chilly but other than that it was amazing.

Balcony, Beach, and Pool

You pay for the view, beach, and the pool. We did not feel the condo itself was as nice as the pictures. It needed several repairs and the kitchen ceiling needed cleaned badly. It would have been nice if we were told how to lock and unlock the front door in advance. The front door wasn't locked apparently when we arrived, so we didn't know we had to push a button and turn a knob to lock and unlock the door. You should tell people that in your instructions. The view is amazing, the pool/bar and grill is amazing and so were the people working there! Over all we had a great relaxing time.

Overall, an OK experience

Overall, the stay was OK. The price we paid this time compared to previous stays was not quite worth the bang for the buck. The condo itself was extremely clean when we checked in. We unfortunately had quite a few roaches come and visit us throughout our stay that arrived after the first couple of days. Before the roaches arrived, pest control showed up and the gentleman just walked right on in to our condo. We were not made aware that he or anyone would be coming to spray for them - so this was certainly a shock. The AC was all over the place... the main unit would have one bedroom ice cold and the other bedroom running ~10degrees warmer. The second AC unit in the condo controlled the room my wife, son and I stayed in... we had the air on 70 and while it would get down to 70 at times, it was consistently sitting 73-75 on thermostat (not sure what was going on). Something out of their control that we had to tolerate was a dog that was 1 unit above ours that was constantly barking and really took away from just hanging out on the balcony. Overall, we would definitely consider staying there again but in no way shape or form would we ever pay what we paid for it. The cost for the things we had to tolerate/deal with was simply unfortunate.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really wish I could give this vacation rental a good review. Upon arrival, the rental seemed wonderful. The owner was responsive and the size and view of the rental was great. I loved the parking situation and there were no elevator issues. The condo definitely could have been cleaner but we usually do a clean upon arrival so that was even ok. However, after the first night, we started seeing roaches. I alerted the owner and I was told it was the HOA responsibility but that they would send someone in addition. Well, that never happened. During our stay we saw many, many roaches. Not just one here or there, several. We bought spray and used it (with small children). This did minimal to help the situation. I again reached out to the owner about an exterminator and there was never a returned response. We bought a second can of roach spray and used nearly all of that as well. Very, very disappointing. We had to shake everything out, including our suitcases, it hopes to bring nothing home. I do want to give a shoutout to the employee who cleans the building itself, she works so hard and is so polite.

Great vacation

Long beach resort was great. Beautiful views and beaches, easy beach access, nice pools. Room was nice. Plenty of room for 10 people. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Could have been cleaner but not bad. Overall had a great time and would stay here again

The condo was great. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean and very well designed. It was almost like being at home. There was an issue with some critters in the kitchen but we called and supposedly they did come out to spray the next day. We were gone all day and never knew if they came. We never received a call back to verify if everything was good.

Great View

Nice condo Loved the balcony! Will definitely stay here again. A couple of suggestions, you definitely need more towels for a three bedroom. I always bring my own so it wasnā€™t a problem for me, but will be for guests who donā€™t. The tracks on the sliding glass doors need cleaning. The salt air and dust buildup is definitely making them hard to open. But still would give this place a definite thumbs up!!

Great Location/Good Accommodations

We loved staying at Long Beach Resort. The location is perfect for our needs. Love having a balcony and looking/listening to the ocean. The unit felt a bit old. The stove and oven donā€™t provide the proper temperatures, the bedroom drawers pull right out with no stops, one bathroom had a toilet paper holder hanging off the wall and there were no backup supplies. Not a trash bag, roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex at all. I rent a lot of locations from VRBO and most places provide at least 1 backup. The biggest issue we had was a bedroom smoke sector went off intermittently the 2nd day we were there. At no point in the week did someone come to look at it. After a number of texts and a phone call and listening to it for 5+ hours we disconnected it.

Family vacation

Plenty of room for our family. The condo was as pictured. Convenient location. We were there during spring break so there was some commotion down the beach but PCB police kept everything under control and contained, away from the Long Beach property. Very enjoyable vacation.
