House and pool area very clean. My family loved using the hot tub and pool. Location was close to great beaches, food and entertainment. Check in and Check out was smooth and great communication.

March Vacay

Our friends stayed with us for a great holiday in this beautiful home. The pool is absolutely amazing. We loved sitting outside and eating our meals on the lanai! It’s also a short distance to many beautiful beaches.Loved looking for shark teeth! Would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with everything the property had to offer. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We are truly thankful for the hospitality and all the thoughtful touches that made our vacation so enjoyable. We can tell that the owner cares for this property. The management team was outstanding. The only thing that affected two persons in our family was the No-See Ums : little insescts that get through the lanay and their bite is pretty awfull. However, this has nothing to do with the property or management itself, it is the location and county which probably could not keep up with their sprays due to all the rain in the area. Other than that everything was more than we could ask for. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

WOW- CASA RIVA !! Want to say thank you Seraina. First wanted to say thank you for bottle of wine. Next, the home was absolutely beautiful. The views and the pool had us spending all of our time outside. And on the days not in the pool. Home is only about 20min from beach. Thank you again. And we will be back. JM
