Walk to the beach on a nature filled, diverse scenic trail around the lake and check out the turtles, local birds and vegetation on the way! If you don't head to the beach you can enjoy your own private pool with Tiki bar and plenty of loungers. Just a short drive to shops, grocery, restaurants and entertainment!
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with hot tub, poolside tiki bar, gas grill, picnic table and outside shower. Carport with foot wash and a grilling area with park-style charcoal grill and a basketball hoop in the driveway. Inside you will find a Den with a flat-screen TV/DVD, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, sink and microwave with pool deck access. Off the Den is a Room with a Single Bed (no closet), Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and a desk and a full hallway bath.
Mid Level: Open Den/Sitting Area with Queen Sleep Sofa and deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private deck and private bathroom. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, desk, private deck and private bathroom., laundry room with utility sink, washer and dryer. Half bath between levels.
