3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Upscale Condo. Located on the edge of St. George in Coral Canyon. Amenities included are indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, picnic area by pool, clubhouse, and golf course nearby.

Granite countertops. Walk in shower and jacuzzi tub in Master bathroom. Central Air and Heating. Outdoor and Indoor gas fireplace. Large Private patio with patio furniture and excellent views. Laundry room in Condo. Underground parking for 2 vehicles, extra parking by front entrance of condo.

Wonderful Stay

We very much enjoyed our 5 night stay over the July 4th weekend. This was our home base while we visited Zion National Park and the local State Parks. The property is as advertised, beautiful, with extra amenities with the tennis court, basketball court, and pool. Excellent communication ahead of our visit and we had no issues during out stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place lots of space beautiful view from deck. The only draw back was they had no movie channels on tv It would be nice if they had Netflix or Roku. They did have dvd with Good movie selections. .

Perfect!!

I was so appreciative to stay at this condo. It was very clean and super spacious. It was so nice and relaxing with the huge outside patio with the fireplace. My husband and son really enjoyed the pool area up the hill also. Karla’s home was very inviting, and the communication was great. It was a very special trip to Zion for my oldest son. And it was nice to have such a nice home to stay in for his trip. I would definitely rebook when I’m back there.

We had a truly wonderful and memorable time. The pool and tennis court was fun! Views were Amazing. Close to great hikes and we even drove to Brian Head (1 hour) for spring skiing! AMAZING The house was super clean and very comfy and inviting. Perfect!

Excellent Stay - Very Clean

We were very happy with our recent stay at Karla’s condo. It was a great home base for exploring the nearby National Parks. We had easy access to grocery and other stores. Our family enjoyed the pool amenities. We also thought the entire condo was very clean and had many extras like spices, hand soap, dish pods, laundry detergent, etc. Thank you!

Zion Trip

Great stay

We had a great stay. Karla was very responsive with any questions I had for the stay. The property was spacious it was my 7 and 8 year old, husband and parents. Plenty of room, close to pool! It was 10 min from grocery and 40 min from Zion, it was an easy drive. Beds were comfortable. There was laundry detergent, salt and pepper. Which is unusual for Vrbo places.

An absolutely perfect place for a weekend getaway. Furniture was updated, kitchen was great, everything was clean. Great location. Easy check in process. Not a complaint, but if you have Verizon, your cell service won’t work where these are located. ATT worked fine. Worth noting. Comfortable beds and great patio with fireplace for relaxation!

Perfect place to stay for a family! And it is just outside of St George, right off of the freeway...which was nice as we were going back and forth to St George. Very nice property at an affordable price. Extra well kept and clean. I highly recommend staying here!! My only complaint is not having a full length wall mirror. Minor thing but would be great with a family of girls getting ready like mine.

Amazing stay!!

We stayed for a couple nights for our visit to Zion. This property was clean and cozy. It was well stocked with everything we might’ve needed. We appreciated the little “extras” that were provided. And the porch and beautiful view were incredible!! Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Great communication by Karla too. The only caution was that the GPS routed us to the wrong place with the address. The Coral Springs entry worked. Great getaway!!

Zion condo stay

The lack of cell service is an issue. Also more specific instructions on how to watch TV would have been appreciated. We were unable to change the temperature. The door locking situation left us sitting outside for 30 minutes. However, the condo is beautiful and comfortable. The pool and clubhouse are also lovely.

Hi Neal, I'm sorry you didn't have a 5 star experience. I do strive for that. I noticed you were having door/lock issues right away, once I noticed I missed your call. I immediately called you back and texted you. I did not get a response back. So I sent my cleaner out Right Away to help. They said you had gotten in, but they changed the batteries just in case. I do wish you had reached out during your stay about TV and temperature. I'm not sure why you couldn't change the temperature. It is a standard thermostat in the hall. For future guests reading this, please always reach out to me, I want to fix any issues while you are still there at the condo. I self manage our unit that we own, so I am very responsive and will answer your calls, or call you back. Neal. I do hope you come back again, and we will make sure these things are covered and taken care of. Karla

Why they chose this property

We love the St. George area. There is so much to do and see there. It is a great place for a couple getaway or for a family retreat. We decided to buy a place there and share it with others.

What makes this property unique

We love where our condo is located. It is quiet, not very many people know about it yet. So you usually have the place to yourself. It also is close to everything. Within minutes you can be shopping, dining, movies or to the state or national parks.
