Welcome to our Blue Beach Chalet. A true cottage in the heart of Grand Bend. Minutes to the beach and all attractions. Amazing space indoors and out. Relax on the massive front deck or enjoy the fenced-in backyard with patio and fire pit.

A true cottage nestled in the center of Grand Bend! With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, your family will be comfortable. Make this summer the best one yet!

The entire house and yard are yours!
Pet friendly. Large fenced yard. Please make sure your pets are trained. Pick up after your pet please. 1 furry friend maximum.
Barking must be controlled. Pets must obey noise laws too!

Other things to note
Local Short Term Rental (STR) Bylaws (2023) must be adhered to:
1) 2 per room plus 2 maximum occupancy. Do not exceed guests approved.
2) Zero noise outside the property between the hours of 11 pm and 8 am
3) Park only in the designated spots. No extra cars to be parked on streets.
4) Complaints received and fines given will be the responsibility of the primary renter. This can result in eviction without refund and possible liability.
5) Details located online and in the cottage manual. Refer to Lambton Shores By-law 43-2022

We have such a lovely stay with the family -sisters and sisters in law. The place was the perfect place for us! Close to all the places we wanted to go, the beach, Bayfield and Pinery Park. Plenty of room to accommodate us very comfortably. I would definitely recommend your place.

Great place to spend Christmas too!

We rented the Beach Chalet to visit my parents over Christmas and it was perfect! Everything you need is here and the location is fantastic. The entire process was very easy and the owners have a well thought out "Welcome" package that answers any questions you might have. I cannot recommend highly enough! We would definitely rent again.

We had a lovely time at the beach house. The location was perfect-very short walking distance to the beach, the main strip and a Tim Hortons. The cottage was fair for the price range. The host was great!

Our stay was great. We had everything we needed near by and the home was spacious and clean. Everything is a 5 min walk away. We enjoyed the fire pit one night. The rooms get a bit hot at night but there are 2 fans in the house. Lots of board games! Would love to stay here again.
