Old Rehoboth Charm - step back into the '20's with this 7 bedroom 4.5 bath home designed to bring the whole family. Large yard with adorable children's playhouse and hammock, etc. Massive wrap around screened porch. Living room has two portable AC units, 1st floor bedroom has a 2 twin beds and ensuite bath with tub and 1 AC unit, 2nd floor has a bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 AC unit, 1 Queen bed and 1 AC unit, 2 Twins and 1 AC unit, 2 Twins and 1 AC unit and hall bath with old clawfoot tub plus another hall 3/4 bath. 1/2 bath off laundry room on the 1st floor and enclosed outside shower. Detached garage apartment has 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 1 with 2 twins and a set of bunks and the other with 1 double bed and a shared bath with a tub and central air conditioning.
