2 Minute walk to the beach.

A lovely studio 1 bathroom condo unit located in downtown Delray Beach, 1 block walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, bars on the bustling Atlantic Avenue. Located less than 3 hours away from Disney World. A great summer or winter vacation to our beautiful beaches and stop and see Mickey on the way! The condo is fully furnished with everything to cook in the kitchen. We provide Linens, Bathroom Towels, Beach Towels and Beach Chairs so you can arrive and hit the ground running! We DO NOT charge extra for Wi-Fi, parking and no resort fees. All is included in the pricing.

This unit is SMOKE-FREE and has no pets. Includes one (1) parking space guest park also. There is also another pull out Murphy bed. Additional rates apply


The Grove community amenities are shared and available on a first come basis., we are always available to answer any additional questions you may have about the rental at the Grove. Please do not hesitate to inquire about the unit and/or what’s included prior to booking or arrival.

The Grove was a great getaway spot. Perfect location for beach, walking and dining out. Our unit was terrific in every way. The grounds and pool are well maintained and quiet. My only suggestion would be to post a sign at the pool asking guests not to “save” seats. We’ll be back!

Descent stay with a really good location. The host/property manager was quick to respond with information. Amenities were fine. The room is small…much smaller than a hotel room, so i wouldn’t stay for more than a couple days and no way would i stay with more than just 2 people in the room. The floor was filthy (my feet were black after walking on floor when we first arrived…i should have kept my sandals on to walk inside), but bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. There were beach chairs and a couple beach towels to use which is convenient. Downtown & beach is walkable and parking onsite is also convenient.

Hi Dena, Thank you for your honest feedback. If I had known about the floor I would have sent the cleaning crew back in. We strive for a 5 star review from our guests and I can't make things right if I don't know there is a problem. Yes the room is small but does include a kitchen so I would say it's about the same size as a standard hotel room with a full kitchen and stove top. As a good faith gesture I would like to invite you back to stay with a discount. Please contact me should you wish to return. I'm glad you enjoyed all of the other things and I'm sorry I could not refund you a night because you had to leave early. Best wishes in the new year!!

Perfect location for a beach getaway! One block from downtown and beach. All the needed amenities to enjoy beach (towels, chairs, umbrella, toys). Small unit, but great for two people. Highly recommended!! We will be back!

Quick and easy walk to the beach

This spot was a perfect weekend getaway for me and my girlfriend to visit some friends. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach, and a short ride or walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip down.

The property was convenient to beach and shops. Full kitchen was great. WiFi was extremely slow, couldn’t watch an entire movie without the tv screen shutting down multiple times or freezing.

This is the perfect little place for a short stay right on the beach. You're one block from a beautiful beach and one block from all kinds of food and drink. What I loved the most is not needing a car and the ease of coming and going from the beach morning, noon and night.

Great location, cute real Florida feel!

This property is very convenient to the beach (easy walking distance) and the downtown Atlantic Ave. dining and shopping area. The condo inside and out is well-kept, and we enjoyed the pool.

Great Place Great Location

Adorable unit for 2. It had everything you could possibly need for your stay & the beach. If we had to find something wrong with it, it would be a light right in front of the door, in the courtyard area. Lit up the whole room all night.

Excellent Location

This is an excellent location only one block from the beach and Atlantic Avenue (restaurants, shops). Pool is nice but there are about 5 steps up (no handicap access that I saw). Blackout blinds would be a nice add considering the amount of landscape light that comes in a night.

Great Visit

Property is as advertised. Plenty of space and all of the things needed in the kitchen to cook/prepare meals. Very close proximity to beach and restaurants. Enjoyed walking to Atlantic for ice cream in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again!

Recently renovated this gorgeous condo is one of the most desirable unit in the complex This studio condo located in downtown Delray Beach, 1 block from beach and shopping, restaurants, bars, lots of activities. Condo is fully furnished with cook-in kitchen and dining area, everything you need to feel like home when your away! This unit has a Murphy pull out bed for 2 additional people, extra charge applies. We also provide linens and fresh towels. Linens & towels are changed every other week, a 2 week minimum is required. Central A/C unit is steps to heated pool. Seasonal rentals. Sorry no pets allowed. Free WiFi & parking. fine dining and shopping within walking distance. Like to play golf? There are several world-class golf courses are just a short drive away. Tennis tournaments 1/2 mile away. Our 4th of July celebration is amazing! Delray is amazing! A home away from home. Just bring your luggage & toothbrush, we we'll take care of the rest!
