5 Bedroom family Holiday house with above ground spa useable 12 months of the year.
Large front garden area with plenty of off street parking including room for your boat/jet ski.

Enter house up the external stairs to first floor.

Living area includes couches, split system, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, wall mounted Smart Tv and opens to front balcony.

Dining table can seat 6 guests or extends to seat 10 guests. Dining area also has split system and ceiling fan.

Kitchen has all modern appliances including microwave.

Downstairs has a 2nd Lounge with couches, kitchenette with fridge, bench and 6 stools.
This area also has a split system and ceiling fan.
Rear Garden includes enclosed electric spa, outdoor kitchen with large Bbq (family Q Weber) and wood fire Pizza oven. There is lawn at the rear.

Small garage used for table tennis table and couch.
Laundry with washing machine on lower floor.

The house is pet friendly on application - must receive owners permission. The property is securely fenced when the car gates are closed.

Reviews

Despite the wet, cold and gloomy long weekend, this holiday home was a bright spot in every way!
The split-system heating both upstairs and downstairs kept us toasty warm, and while the spa looked wonderfully inviting, the cold wind and rain kept us indoors. (Did I mention the weather was truly miserable?)
The house itself was spacious and comfortable. With five bedrooms—each with a queen or double bed—the four of us each had our own room, and we still had one to spare. Three full bathrooms meant no morning queues, and the two comfy furnished living areas (one upstairs, one downstairs) gave us plenty of space to spread out. The table tennis table in the garage was a fun bonus too.
The kitchen was well equipped with a full-sized fridge, large gas stove, microwave, and all the essentials we needed to cook up some hot hearty meals. There was also a TV, though we didn’t need it.
All in all, a wonderful stay in a house that made up for the miserable weather. Highly recommended – 5 stars!

Tuscany in Rye was delightful winter getaway. The house is warm and cosy and so well set up. There were gorgeous parrots in the garden and I can’t wait to return in summer to use the outdoor area and spa. A walk along the foreshore and out onto the Rye jetty completed the weekend beautifully.
