Nice House in peacefull surroundings

We had a nice holiday where we could relax and use the nice swimmingpool. And still so close to Palma. For shopping and dinner. We would love to come back.

We loved our stay in this old unique Spanish home nestled in an almond grove. Modern appliances, excellent wifi and charming. The swimming pool is a salt pool and so refreshing. The location was good as we could travel to our favorite places in Mallorca yet not be in the bustling city of Palma. We could go there and then leave for the quiet countryside. There are oigeons housed not far away and they would fly in formation all around us. We lovec it and highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing vacation, yet close to shopping and excellent restaurants. Our hosts we very nice and we enjoyed meeting them.

wonderful family holiday location

We've just spent almost 3 weeks in this beautiful house and enjoyed the big garden and pool everyday. It's conveniently located close to Palma and very close to the next small village. Matias is a terrific host and was available throughout our entire stay. He helped us not only in questions about the house but also shared his inside ideas of the Island with us. The house is tastefully furnished and there was nothing we missed regarding the equipment. We highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay near the city of Palma.

Beautiful Finca, perfect location, lovely host

We had 10 days in this beautiful Finca. The location is awesome and only 10 mins from the city of Palma, 15 mins to Valdemossa and 20 min to Soller. Our host Matias was absolutely lovely and helped us with everything, gave nice restaurant recommendations and was absolutely easy and charming. The house itself is a really typical Finca and made us feel like real mallorceens. The house has a beautiful and stylish bathroom upstairs, a full equipped kitchen, a nice living room and a lot of space. The outside pool was hilarious and we could take a bath in absolute privacy while being outside in nature. Our highlight was a family of Milans with four young birds that are living close to the house in a large Pine tree. They were observed by wildlife researchers from Mallorca which registered and tagged the young birds to track and protect them in their first two years. We would lov to come back and can fully recommend this venue.

Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung...bis auf den Hahn

Wir waren als Gruppe zum padeln auf Mallorca. Matias hat uns empfangen und das Objekt gezeigt. eine über 200 Jahre alte Mallorcinische Villa. Das warm Wasser machte zwar immer wieder mal Probleme, aber Matias hat sich stehts so schnell wie möglich gekümmert und auch von selbst immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles passt. Einzig nerviger Punkt war der Hahn, der uns jeden Morgen ab 5 Uhr geweckt hat. Tolle Unterkunft, gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wir haben die Finca für 8 Nächte gebucht! Vor der Ankunft ,hat sich der Eigentümer Mateo,schon per E-Mail mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt. Ankunft war sehr gut,er war auch gleich da und hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Finca ist sehr schön,sauber und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto braucht man unbedingt! Von dort ist alles gut und schnell zu erreichen. Palma in wenigen Minuten, Arenal ca.20min. und z.b.Soller auch in ca.25min. Kleiner Supermarkt ,Bank,Bäckerei und ein paar gute Restaurants im "Dorf". Der Pool an der Finca lädt zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden ein---wir haben zwischendurch ein paar Tage zum entspannen dort verbracht. Schön war's und Mateo ist ein guter Gastgeber. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Tips gegeben!!! Wir würden wieder kommen!!!!

Perfect Place to Stay

My partner and I had an absolutely perfect stay here. We only used the downstairs area and one bedroom, but there’s definitely room for several people to stay comfortably. The house was beautiful and comfortable with nice furnishings and easy to use appliances (even for those who don’t speak Spanish). As nice as inside was, the real star was the outside. Close enough to be an easy trip to Palma, but still had a very private feel. The pool was wonderful, and much appreciated with the unusually hot weather. Plenty of seating under the covered porch area looking out at the orange and almond trees. The host was easy to communicate with, extremely helpful, and willing to go above and beyond providing recommendations and tips. Overall, we couldn’t have chosen a better location for our stay on Mallorca!

Ein Traumurlaub

Wir haben uns für diese Finca entschieden, weil sie ruhig und doch nah an Palma City gelegen ist. Wir haben es nicht bereut. Die Finca liegt mitten im Mandelhain, umgeben von Obstbäumen (Orangen, Zitronen, Kaki, Granatapfel etc.). Ein paar Hühner liefen über den Mandelhain und irgendwo aus der Nachbarschaft war ein Esel zu hören. Natur pur, kann man da nur sagen. Wir waren in der 3. Oktoberwoche da und hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, sodass wir jeden Tag den schönen Pool und den Garten genießen konnten. Der Vermieter Matias ist sehr nett und angenehm, immer persönlich oder per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Er hatte viele Anregungen und Tipps für uns, Empfehlungen für Gastronomien mit schönen Aussichten, die nicht überlaufen sind, hatte er auch. Die Fotos geben die Finca und den Außenbereich exakt wieder. Alles sauber, schön mit viel Platz auf zwei Etagen. Abend sitzt man auf der Terrasse, umgeben vom betörenden Duft des Nachtjasmins. Von der nächsten Bushalltestelle, ca. 5 Min. fußläufig von der Finca, ist man in 25 Min. in Palma City. Oder man fährt ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto bis zum nächsten Bahnhof "Son Sardina" und von dort ist man in 10 Min. mit dem Zug in Palma City. Toll, wenn die größeren Kinder alleine was unternehmen wollen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Matias und kommen gerne wieder.

Der Vermieter hat keinen Beleg für die Kurtaxe erstellt, im unteren Bad gab es kein warmes Wasser. Pool konnte auch nicht genutzt werden. Die Kommunikation war nicht sehr gut. Also für uns gibt es hier keinen zweiten Besuch.

Mallorca Finca

This beautiful almond farm was a perfect setting and we enjoyed the interior decor very much. The house is very comfortable and I fell in love with the master bathroom with its exposed stone and thoughtful appointments. Every view is a vignette with antique chairs, breezy curtains, exposed beams. The peace and quiet let us enjoy the sounds of the birds in the almond trees and wake up with the sunrise. The owners are flexible and gracious hosts with a long family history at the house although they live in town. We enjoyed cooking some great meals on the gas range and there is an amazing gourmet grocery and butcher shop about fifteen minutes away. The more simple market is closer and it has anything you need. We regretted not bringing our bikes from Germany but we had some nice runs on the country road. The ferry from Barcelona is a great trip if you are driving from Europe although we could have flown inexpensively directly into Palma. The grounds have a beautiful pool and spacious outdoor dining and barbecue area. Inside there are fireplaces and wood stoves stocked with firewood. The beds are very comfortable! We found the Mallorcans very sincere and friendly. We hope to return someday soon.

Wonderful, relaxing oasis, close to Palma

This is a big, old finca close to Palma. We were staying in April when the orange trees (in the garden and the neighbourhood) were blossoming, spreading a delicious smell. We were only two people in this big house. Even though the weather was not warm enough to use the pool or spend a lot of time in the garden we very much enjoyed the comfortable house - that had everything we needed and more - the various in- and outdoor seating areas, comfortable double-bed (there also other bedrooms with separate beds) and its quiet location... The supermarket (small/medium, but with very good supply) is a pleasant <2 km stroll away in Son Sardina. The owner of the house was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Ein super Objekt was die Lage angeht, wenn man wie wir kurze Wege zu den Golfplätzen haben möchte. Die Finca ist landestypisch eingerichtet und versprüht einheimischen Charme. Überzeugt hat das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
