Nestled in the Destin/Miramar Beach area, Sea-Viche Destin is a luxurious 5-bedroom retreat perfect for up to 14 guests. Just steps from a private beach, this expansive vacation home invites you to unwind in style. Sip your morning coffee on the private 3rd-floor balcony, where stunning views and breathtaking sunsets await.

Guests must be 25 or older to book. Enjoy complimentary beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella) from March 1 to October 31, with additional setups available for a fee. The private beach is a quick 5-minute stroll away, or park conveniently across from the access gate.

Best vacation home ever!

I am writing to share what an absolutely fantastic vacation we had! Our family of 10 stayed at the property, and it was perfect—everyone had a bed, and there was more than enough room for all of us. Upon our arrival, the house was impeccably clean, both inside and out. The bunk beds were a great feature for our boys, and the huge kitchen was a definite plus. The balcony was awesome, offering a beautiful view that was perfect for family photos. The pool was also a perfect size for us. We greatly appreciated the nearby amenities, including the community pool, basketball court, and beach volleyball, which were all just a minute's walk away. The private beach was only a five-minute walk, and it was wonderful to find our chairs and umbrella already set up for us when we arrived. The house's location is truly perfect, and the host was incredibly helpful, providing valuable information about the area, including recommendations for the best restaurants. We definitely plan on coming back to this property next summer!

Great place for families! Close to the beach, spacious rooms, very clean and well appointed home, pool is a huge plus for little kids. You will need a car to get to most restaurants and attractions. We did not get a golf cart - the beach is a 5-8 minute walk and there would have been no where to park the golf cart anyway. I don’t think it would add to the experience.

The kids loved the pool and stayed in it every day. There were 10 of us so having separate bedrooms was perfect.

Gorgeous place!

The house was so clean with a light and bright beachy aesthetic. With bedrooms on multiple floors and a first floor game room, there are so options to spread out and enjoy the house. The walk to the beach is short enough that a golf cart is not required ( which is good because there aren't any golf cart parking spots near the beach). The private beach area is so lovely and chair rental was easy. There are so many amenities nearby, but you still felt like there was plenty of beach space that was not overcrowded. Communication before and during booking was effortless and quick. HIGHLY SUGGEST!

Beautiful and Relaxing!

Our family was celebrating a retirement and Sea-Viche in Destin was the perfect place to do just that! Very well appointed home with space for all. The pool was so much fun and the 4’ depth was amazing! Thank you to the host for great communication and help when needed. Loved our week!

Beautiful

Often times, you go to stay at a rental house and it really has that rental house feel and doesn’t quite match up to the pictures. This place was NOT like that at all. It felt like a home. It was absolutely beautiful and beyond our expectations.10/10 experience and Kim is great. You won't regret renting this home.

Very clean and organized

Great location and easy 5 min walk to the beach. The house was very clean and accommodated our group of 9 people very easily. We opted for a heated pool since we traveled in mid-March, and it was very comfortably heated. The timely communication with the owner was impeccable, and I appreciated the guidebook to address all of our needs. Captain Dave's restaurant is within walking distance and was excellent. Would stay here again in the future.

One of the best VRBO Properties I've ever stayed in

This property is wonderful. All of the amenities are up-to-date and the pool was great fun after a day at the beach. The private beach access is hard to beat, too. We flew in from DSI airport and it's a very short trip to the property, so that was a plus as well. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

The house was beautifully decorated, exactly like in the photos. The pool was a great addition for our whole family
young and old. The walk to the beach was a very doable 5-10 minutes. Kim was very attentive to our texts and messages throughout our stay. We would absolutely consider staying again!

Sea-Viche was just as described and pictured. Beautiful home, tastefully decorated and very clean. The owner, Kim, was very receptive to any questions. She also put a lot of thought to include things that you might need, even gates for the stairwells which we used for my 1 yo grandson who was with us. We enjoyed the private pool and deck, which were both very clean. The house was perfect for our extended family with plenty of room to spread out or gather together in the living & dining area. Access to a private beach and chairs were a plus! We would highly recommend staying here.

Spring break 23

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Viche! The house is clean and updated. The 3 floors allowed for 3 independent living spaces for a couple and 2 families. The kids enjoyed the pool (extra cost to heat), and the beach was an easy, 5 minute walk down the road and across the street. This was our first time in Destin, and the area is quite nice. Communication with the rental company was easy and prompt. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Last Minute Young Family Trip

Booked Sea - Viche less than 24 hours of arriving and Kim was great to help make everything happen ASAP. We had 2 families with 3 kids ages 3-6 and the house was perfect for them. Some highlights for us were great bedding, well equipped kitchen, new/clean grill, good mattresses and very clean overall. We plan to rent again next year.
