Large full fenced back garden, off street parking, close to the Dunedin peninsula, Larnach Castle, Albatross Colony, Seals and Penguins, 10 minutes drive to Dunedin main street and St Clair and St Kilda Beaches and restaurants, children's playgrounds etc.

Full size house with a view.

Good option for a short stay. Steep drive with flat area to park. Approx 15 steps to get into the house but then all rooms are in the one level. Good sized rooms, full kitchen and 2 showers/toilets with bath in one. Lovely view to the south in a quiet area only 10 mins drive to centre of Dunedin and less to local supermarkets. Owner accepted our booking at short notice which was appreciated.
