We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and the owners were very accommodating. Golf cart was very nice! It would be just a little better if the cable TV offered more channels. Overall a great place to stay!

Good for short stay

Great location, close to Lake Sumpter Landing and golf courses. Great golfcart, has all the appliances, dishes pots, and pans that are required for a long stay. Very clean, flooring needs a little update.

Very nice only issue is flooring but being addressed this month and golf cart was wonderful which helped with nice location with plenty golfing to be had!!

Very Nice

We only had a week but it was great. House, neighborhood and everything around it is well kept. Neighbor had a cook out and had us come over, it was great. Had some questions and owner responded with in minutes. Looking forward to the next time.

Guest Pass Warning

The property owner REFUSED to authorize a FREE guest pass. Instead we were forced to pay a $50.00 fee for a Temporary Resident Pass. We found out upon arrival that all used supplies must be replaced including toilet paper, tissues and laundry soap. We had to go to the store and buy supplies. I stubbed my foot three times on a vertical post on the side of the master bed. Is this bed set up properly?

I apologize for the confusion however I did let you know as soon as you booked that there would be this charge and it is also listed in the listing under additional fees. Renters are generally asked to pick up their temporary ID for a small fee. Guest ID's are generally reserved for family and friends and require personal info such as birthdates that landlords are not allowed to ask. I do hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay!
