Beautiful Remodeled 5th Floor, 900 Sq ft, 1 bedroom/1 full bath condo at San Marco Residences, 291 S. Collier Blvd. Gorgeous Gulf of Mexico view from condo and lanai. Beach Access directly across street. Heated pool, tennis/pickle ball court. JW Marriott directly across street. Walking distance to restaurants and hotels. Stay in my condo instead of paying JW Marriott rates! This condo gets 5 star reviews from all guests. Condo is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. We pride ourselves on providing high quality linens, towels, beach towels, etc. Gulf view and JW Marriott directly across street. Beach access directly across street as well. Condo is situated in the center of the island and walk able to restaurants, bars, movies, churches etc Guests have access to the entire condo. Washer and Dryer available on every floor of the condo building. Condo is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. There is a designated parking spot for the condo. Guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement.

Great Location!

We had a conference at the JW Marriott and decided to find someplace else to stay instead of the Hotel. This was just a few minute walk! It is a nice condo, perfect for a couple. Had a few questions when we arrived but got a response quickly plus some great restaurant recommendations! Beach access is just across the street. Honestly, it was a perfect location for our visit to Marco Island!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed the accomodations and the great location. Perfect getaway

This is a beautiful and very well equipped unit. Conveniently located close to restaurants, shops and right across the street from beach access. Highly recommend this vacation unit. Quiet building with very clean pristine pool. We will definitely book this same unit next time we visit Marco.

Wonderful Condo

This was a wonderful condo, it had everything thing you needed to go to the beach. It was very clean and decorated very nicely and we also enjoyed the balcony. The beach was not to far and it was beautiful and not to crowded this time of the year. We would love to come back! Jim was very helpful.

Beautiful place!

We had a wonderful stay right around new years, the weather was incredible, and the unit was beautiful too! Well furnished, the trundle bed is actually confortable, and it had everything we needed. This was our first visit to Marco Island, and the island is very peaceful and beautiful. We did some day trips to the Everglades, Miami, and went to Naples a few times to shop. Definitely would recommend this unit!

Fantastic!

I highly recommend this beautiful condo. It is very comfortable and in an excellent location. We attended a workshop across the street at the JW Marriott. Super easy to get to from this condo. Easy access to the beach. Walking distance to numerous restaurants in both directions. The owner is easily accessible and enjoyable to converse with. We will absolutely stay here again!

Awesome location across from beach.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Jim (the owner) was was very helpful and checked we were comfortable. There was a nice balcony with wonderful view where we could enjoy the sunsets and see the ocean. Marco Island feel was very relaxing but elegant. The beaches were covered with beautiful sea shells and the weather each day was in the mid to upper 70s. This is a place I hope to return to often in the coming years.

Marco Island - love it!

My husband and I went on our first kid-free vacation, and this was a WONDERFUL place to stay! The condo was very clean, nicely set up, bright and cheery and just across the street from the beach. We felt very much at home and loved it! I actually joked around about wanting to bring the red chairs home! Jim was WONDERFUL to work with before our trip and I would definitely rent from him again! Thanks for a great trip!

Long Weekend Wedding Stay

This is an excellent choice if you are attending a function at the Marriot Resort across the street. It was also convenient to be directly across from the beach access. Jim was very attentive and the place was clean and very very well stocked ! The only issue we had was a mis-communication about the late check out causing us to scramble out on our final day. Still, we would recommend it to anyone.

Great place!

Great place; no complaints. Unit is on the top floor of the complex. From the balcony you can see the ocean (just barely between the other buildings) and watch the sun set. The place is well-furnished and the kitchen is well-equiped. Everything was clean and prepared nicely. It's a long (but doable) walk to nearby restaurants—having a car would be preferable. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Perfect

We stayed here for 7 days and had fabulous time Marco island is a great place very clean and peaceful not to far from the Everglades to go on the air boats or Naples . The condo is very clean and perfect great for watching the sun go down or grabing the deck chairs and walking down to the beach with a margerita while watching the pelicans and the sun slowly disapea. We would defiantly return to this condo, Jim the owner is very easy to contact and the deposit was returned very quickly a perfect stay.

Beautiful Condo.......Just as Advertised - Gem in Paradise!

We had a great stay and absolutely gorgeous weather the entire stay! The condo was cool, comfortable and in perfect shape when we arrived. We were very thankful to find all the beach gear(THAT BEACH CART IS GREAT) and the well equipped kitchen. All the appliances were in good working condition. Really nice place in a great location and Jim made everything clear and easy to accomplish. We would recommend and stay again! Thanks again for your efficient management of the condo. You have a gem in paradise and we were happy to experience it!

Great vacation and an awesome condo!

This condo is wonderful. Everything in the write-up is true and on point. Jim, the owner, is easy to contact and was helpful in suggesting things such as car rentals and places to go. We had a wedding over at the Marriott and were able to walk right over- so easy and better then spending $250 a night at the Marriott. I highly suggest renting this condo if you are looking for an owner who is helpful, condo which is in amazing shape and a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Thanks Jim!

WOW! This condo is beautiful ... furniture and decor very comfortable and inviting. The location is perfect -- you can walk everywhere - or bring your bycycle and ride!!! Plus, the Private Beach Access to one of the most beautiful beach is right across the street!!! The amenities are wonderful ... we could not have picked a better condo!!! We will be back!!! Comfortable & Convenient!

Our family of (4) - 2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 baby stayed in this unit for the New Year's holiday and we really enjoyed our stay. The unit is nicely furnished - everything is light and bright. The space is very well utilized. We like to completely unpack and put away our suitcases when we travel and this unit had enough drawers/closets to do just that. The location is great, right on the main blvd and just steps from the beach. The complex is safe and secure and comes with a designated parking spot near the gate. The owner, Jim, was extremely responsive and you can tell he's been doing this for a while - he's thought of just about everything to make your stay comfortable. We highly recommend this place, hope to be back again in 2018.

Great vacation condo, steps from the beach

We had a blast during our Marco Island stay at this condo. The location is great; only a walk across the street from the beach. There are only a couple of public access walkways to the beach, and this one happens to be directly in front of the property. The view from the condo's balcony is outstanding; we've enjoyed beautiful sunsets, and had coffee on the balcony while enjoying the view. The condo is kept immaculately clean inside, is spacious inside, and is stocked with everything you need for the beach trip. Few words about the owner; the communication was incredibly easy and fast, all questions answered properly, and you can definitely tell that condo was done with care; it's pretty hard to find the upscale hotel room that was as beautifully decorated and as clean as this condo. Will love to come back in the future, when we decide to vacation in Marco Island again. Thanks Jim!

Convenient beach location

Having stayed in this property with my college-aged daughter five years ago, my husband and I were returning to Marco Island and decided to stay here again. The property is clean, lovely and quite convenient to a beautiful beach (five minute walk across the road and down a paved boardwalk). Although the road on which the property sits is a bit busier than I would like, it was not a deterrent to staying here as I would feel in some beach communities. The condo complex is quiet (at least in off-season...we have never been here during the high season), we were the only ones using the pool in the afternoon and the price was reasonable. Rather than eating out for every meal, it's convenient to have a full, nicely appointed kitchen for dinners in. My only negative -- having a king-sized bed at home, I prefer to have a king on vacation (the unit has a queen as well as a pull-out couch which is serviceable but not all that luxurious). I would most definitely consider a stay here again; the owner was pleasant and communicated/responded promptly.

Cannot recommend this properly highly enough!!!

Spent a week here in early August 2010 - Certainly lived up to our expectations. Everything was as described - the location was just perfect for us. There is very little public beach access on Marco with no parking so to have a path directly opposite was ideal. Parking no problem either as there is a reserved parking bay with this accommodation. This property has been finished to the highest standards with a very well fitted kitchen and a very comfortable lounge area and bedroom. Everything that you could want is here. We had breakfast everyday on the balcony overlooking the gulf which also offers brilliant views of the sunset in the evenings. We ate in on a couple of evenings - there is a Winn-Dixie just up the road with anything that you could want. There is a also a collection of bars and restaurants about a 10-15 minute walk south on the main road which we walked to on a couple of evenings - would also recommend the ''happy hours'' at Rookie's Bar there also but leave the car behind!!!! There is also a local scheme that we used which offers you a free taxi ride to and from local restaurants - all you need to do is tip the driver - spent a very pleasant evening at the Snook Inn using this scheme. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is a lift which i believe is being refurbished shortly - Lovely pool area also which was ideal for cooling off after walking back from the beach - Chairs and coolbox also provided which we took across to the beach on a few occasions. Overall was a really relaxing and comfortable week and when we return again one day we would definately look to re-book this apartment. Thanks for everything Jim - hope to deal with you again in the not too distant future.
