Duplex/Side B Family Friendly/Renovated. 1 & 1/2 blocks to beach. 6 beach tags


We recently renovated our house. We put new tile flooring throughout the house. Our kitchen was updated as well.

Our house is 1 & 1/2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Great location and close walk to the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, and 1 1/2 baths. We have parking for 2 cars off the street with use of the garage. The house is bright, simple and clean.

On the main floor is the family/living room with TV/dvd player, kitchen, 1/2 bath and laundry room. In the family room we have a queen pull out sofa bed. Stairs lead you up to the 2nd floor where you have 3 spacious bedrooms. 1st bedroom has King bed with TV, 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Full bathroom is on 2nd floor as well.

Off the kitchen on the main floor you exit the back door and steps lead you to a large patio area. Table with 6 chairs & umbrella. The patio is shared with side A of the duplex, Both units have their own patio set and gas grill. We have a divider on the paver patio that gives you privacy. At the end of the patio is the weber propane gas grill. Large grassy area to play yard games. Outside shower.

We have free Wifi & 6 beach badges to use for your stay.

Point Pleasant Beach has a NEW garbage ordinance:
No garbage bags are to be placed at the curb without being in a garbage can.
Recyclables are to be placed in the garbage can without a garbage bag.
All garbage cans are to be removed from the curb before 6pm on collections days.
You can not mix the garbage with recyclables, they will not pick it up.
Point Pleasant Beach is issuing tickets for not following the garbage ordinance.
Point Pleasant Beach has hired an employee to that goes around and takes pictures of the garbage that is in violation. Everyone had to label their garbage cans with their address, so they know who is in violation. If we receive a ticket for you not following the ordinance we will have to pass that fee onto you after your stay. We are sorry to have to do this on your vacation, but everyone needs to follow the rules. Thank you so much for understanding and doing your part.

The home was in a great location. Everything is updated and clean with a lot of yard space. The owner was off the charts with communication. Short distance to the beach and boardwalk. Would most definitely recommend to family and friends.

Relaxing summer beach getaway.

The location was convenient-close to the beach and boardwalk. The number of bedrooms, couches in the living room, outdoor patio with picnic table and grill, was perfect for our family. It was a relaxing, enjoyable stay in Point Pleasant.

We bought in Point Pleasant Beach because we always enjoyed vacationing here. It was the vacation spot we always chose if we were staying local.
It has a beautiful downtown. Very quaint, with many shops and restaurants. Has a great beach & boardwalk.

What makes this property unique

Our home is a great spot for a family to spend their vacation. Has a nice paver patio off the back with large grassy area. You might want to sit and relax and drink your morning coffee.
