Horrible. Black toxic mold in building. Visible in all air vents. Got extremely sick. Person I talked to at Pristine Properties was rude and tried to gaslight me that it was mildew when I did a test myself. Second place I demanded to be put it was run down and dirty. Just awful experience all together

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are very sorry your stay was impacted by visible mold and that you became ill, and we regret that a team member’s response felt dismissive. We take health and safety concerns seriously — your report was shared with housekeeping and maintenance and we have scheduled a professional mold assessment, HVAC inspection, and no mold was found. We will also review cleaning procedures and staff training to ensure concerns are handled promptly and respectfully. We regret this stay fell short of expectations and appreciate your feedback.
