Peter looks for humble beach shacks and tastefully restored them into charming cottages. His cottages boast elements of its original features, combined with contemporary features that include a modern kitchen and bathroom.

The Mornington Peninsula Cottages (MPC) are situated in Tootgarook, a highly appealing area offering a wealth of attractions and natural beauty. The Beach Club Cottage is exceptionally well-located, being just 250m from the beach and the Capel Sound boat launch, providing immediate access to the serene bay for swimming or water activities. For those who enjoy the outdoors, a large, dog-friendly park is conveniently located directly opposite the property.
The area serves as an excellent base for exploring the diverse offerings of the Mornington Peninsula. Guests are a mere five-minute drive from the popular Hot Springs, perfect for a relaxing soak. Additionally, the region is renowned for its wineries, with various cellar doors within a 30-minute drive, allowing for easy access to tasting experiences. The location is central to all the attractions the Mornington Peninsula can offer.
A fantastic local highlight is the Tootgarook Primary School Market, held on the fourth Saturday of every month, conveniently located just opposite the cottages at 7 Carmichael St, Tootgarook.
