This lovely, updated, waterfront Key West style 3/2 home is updated and has renovated kitchen and baths....SMALL PET ALLOWED WITH APPROVAL, and additional $500 "pet security" deposit
(Fully refundable with no damage) .

It has an oversized dock with lots of living space for entertaining, fishing or just relaxing. The home has quartz countertops, wood cabinets, stainless appliances, upgraded bedding, 4 flat screen TV's, cable, Internet/WiFi access, outdoor grill, a large covered/screened lanai and waterfall pool that has a highly desirable sun exposure...the sunrise and sunsets are simply stunning right off the screened back porch or dock. The rental includes 4 adult and 3 kids bikes, 2 kayaks, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, and a rolling cart for beach equipment. The newer oversized dock and new seawall provide hours of entertainment to include fishing, viewing dolphins and other sea life swimming by, or for simply enjoying your morning coffee or afternoons waterside under the gorgeous Coconut Palms. The dock also has lay-along, bumpered dockage for up to a 30-foot boat, for shorter-term boat dockage or rental boats... and easy access to the Gulf (only one fixed bridge at 14' height). Boat lift normally occupied by owner's boat.

It's approximately 1/2 mile along paved sidewalks and public access to the world renowned beaches famous for their beautiful white sand, tranquil waters and enormous quantity of all types of shells. Bike, walk, or drive...you are less than 5 minutes from Marco's heavenly beaches. And, numerous public access golf courses are within 15 minutes drive of the home.

The island offers many amenities, including close proximity to many varied restaurants, shops, spas, and movies. Several local marinas have affordable daily and weekly boat rentals. With a guest pass from MICA for longer term rentals- terms and fees apply, enjoy Resident's Beach...or explore the natural setting of 'Tiger Tail's beach's inlet/lagoon with all sorts of rental paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, and more... or relax and enjoy the beautiful public beach and restaurant/cafe at 'South Beach.'

Additionally, nearby Naples (20 mins) offers a new a fishing pier, world class golfing, shopping and dining experiences. The International Airport is only about a 40 minute drive.

Wonderful Home!!

My wife and I stayed for a week to celebrate a special birthday vacation and the home was as exactly as described and amazing!! The location on the canal is perfect and the outdoor pool area is wonderful. We also enjoyed the bikes and the garage has everything you need for the beach. Communication with the owners was fast and they took care of everything for us including having an item we left behind shipped home. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely return!!

The location was exceptional. It was great to sit on the dock and watch the sunsets, the birds and even a couple of dolphins. The house had so many extras available. We were also pleased with how extremely clean and comfortable it was. Our stay here will be hard to beat. The hosts were very responsive with any questions.

Great Family Trip!

We had a great Christmas Break with our Family! The property was just as advertised, and all communication was seemless. Our weather was a little cool, so we especially enjoyed the heated pool, biking, and paddling around in the protected canals. Great start to the New Year!

We stayed for 2 weeks at this wonderful house on Marco Island. The house was perfect for us and our friends. We enjoyed nightly swims in the heated pool. The house had everything you could possibly want. We had bikes, fishing poles, beach chairs and carts. The owners are great and answered any questions we had prior to and during our stay.

Most relaxing vacation in a loooong time. This home is the most well equipped vacation home I have ever stayed in. Ralph and Linda were Very responsive to any questions we had. The house is so very comfortable. Convenient to any activities on or off the island. It is such a comfortable, homey place, I had to force myself to go out. Any and all equipment you can think of for recreational fun. We give a double thumbs up to this property and recommend giving it a try.

Perfect home for a family

We loved our stay! The location was perfect. The backyard was so relaxing with the pool and canal. The pool “toy chest” was fully stocked for my kids. The pool basketball hoop was an added bonus! My kids fished off the dock morning and night. The beds were all comfortable. I’d have to say, this was one of the most stocked homes we’ve rented on Vrbo. It had everything we needed! Ralph was very easy to get ahold of too. The check in processes was breeze! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Ralph!

Merry Marco Christmas!

We loved our stay at this cozy Marco Island vacation home! What a well-appointed, comfortable place! We paid for the pool heating, and it was totally worth it! Pool floats, goggles, and some pool toys were included. The house is a close walk to the beach, and my kids really appreciated the bikes that made it even quicker to get there. There is an air compressor in the garage to use to blow up the bike tires. The boys in the group really enjoyed fishing in the canal right off the dock, and also close by at Caxamby Park. The beds were comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. This house was great for our little family of 4, but would also be great for small groups. The master is on one side of the house, and the bunk room and additional bedroom were on the other side. Wifi and cell coverage were great. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect home with all you need

I brought my six and nine year old daughters for a week during their school break while my husband had to work. It was perfect. The pool is warm and beautiful. We cooked a lot of fun recipes from their Disney cookbook and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing games on the screened in porch. We enjoyed eating dinner on the dock while watching creatures in the green light. We loved riding the scooters to beach. House had all the beach chairs, towels and toys you need. Girls especially had fun in the bunk bed room. They used all the beds and made forts with the bottom ones. We had a great dolphin tour with Florida Adventure Rentals. 10-12 dolphins swam with us in our wake for probably 20-25 minutes total. Ralph was always responsive quickly and helpful. One of our best VRBO experiences if not the best. Owners are very generous in how they share their home and belongings with strangers. Thank you!

Cozy waterfront home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! I don’t think the pictures capture it well. It’s a very cozy, well appointed home. The lanai and outdoor space are great. We loved swimming in the large pool, as well as, eating meals at the spacious outdoor dining table. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock in the mornings, with our coffee, and at night, watching the sunset and stargazing. The location is great..close to the beach, restaurants, market, shops. Ralph and Linda provide everything you need, from bicycles to a citrus juicer. We also really enjoyed kayaking right off the dock. Ralph was very accessible to answer any questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

A little slice of paradise

Great cozy home as pictured in listing. Close to all. Great way to live on Marco Island for our three week stay. Bikes provided for rides to the beach! Anything we needed or wanted was provided. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Great kitchen to cook our dinners, plenty of restaurants nearby if dining out. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Loved being on a canal. Overall a great experience!! Communication by the owner was very good.

Beautiful Christmas Vacation!

Marco is our paradise and we were so pleased Ralph and Linda opened their home to us. The outdoor amenities could not be beat, the pool was beautiful, the waterfront property was amazing, watching fish and jellyfish each night and day in the canal, and the screened in patio was awesome! We had everything we needed for our beach trips-beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, toys! Close to park, farmer's Market, and the main strip on the island! Loved our stay on San Marco!

Lots of areas for relaxing outdoors - great location!

Excellent response time whether via text or email. Readily available and made sure everything was ready upon check in - Excellent communication! We were able to view fireworks on July 4 from the front porch so we never had a need to leave the house to enjoy the fireworks. The property is immaculate and lots of areas for relaxing outdoors. The house had everything one could ask for and would highly recommend it! Thank you!
