Hauts de Planchamp area comprises 4 residences, each with 2 to 3 floors, all South-East facing.Resiences are located at the bottom of the ski runs, about 100 meters from the gondola, the ski school. Shops are to be found within 150 meters. You can park at the foot of your residence to unload before parking for free a few hundreds meters below. You'll also find a paying covererd car-park nearby.Each apartment comes with a skilocker and a balcony. Surface area : about 56 m² including 6 m² under 1.80 m. 1st floor. Orientation : East, South. View village and mountain (Glaciers de la Vanoise). Living room with fireplace. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchenette with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub. 2 Separated WC. Shower room with shower. Balcony.
