Quiet neighborhood,nice onsite host, nice bed, great AC, great shower/bathroom, you will need to have a rental car since everything is bit of a drive but that’s true everywhere here unless you’re on the beach paying top dollar for your place.

Wonderful Place

Beautiful and spacious unit in nice residential neighborhood. The host is very welcoming. Nice and private. House is very close to beaches (can walk or bike ride) or just few minutes drive- and also just few minute drive to middle of Grace Bay shopping and dining.

It was a pleasure to host Kathy and hubby. They were very nice and friendly, they complied with all the house rules and left the house very clean and in order. We would definitely be pleased to host them again and rocommend them to other host.

Roomy accommodations in quiet neighborhood.

Easy process. Owner responded to request for blankets. Nice to have coffee and basics in kitchen. On site laundry was helpful. Only issue was loose dogs in neighborhood. Internet worked well.

We love this place!

We stayed a week in Grace Bay and my experience was exceptional! The host made a point to get in touch with me days before my scheduled arrival and the property manager greeted us on site for a tour. Clean showers, rooms, kitchen, functioning Wi-Fi, AC, etc, all of the accommodations were on point. What made our experience perfect was the property manager. I have NEVER had a host as attentive as Dean! He was available at all hours by phone to give us recommendations on restaurants, taxis, and even put air in our tires when he noticed that the pressure was low! The location was only a short drive to beach. It was the perfect home away from home.
