Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home is a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home has games, beach toys and beach towels that are available for guests. There is a gas grill in the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. We hope to host you soon.

This is a great property in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minute walk to the beach. House had everything we needed. Furnishings are updated and the beds were very comfortable.Our two doodles loved running on the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. We used this as a base for visiting the Channel Islands National Park and areas in greater L.A. The listing was as advertised and very convenient to Ventura Marina. The beach is easily accessible and less than five minute walk.We recommend the Casa by the Sea for your recommendation.

The perfect place for me and my family, felt like our home away from home! Super spacious living room/kitchen area for dining and hanging out. Silverstrand beach was just a short walking distance away. I would definitely recommend and would stay again and again, thank you! 😊

This was our second time staying here. Great location near shopping and restaurants and of course, the beach. The house is well stocked for preparing meals and snacks, just visit the local markets to buy your favorite foods. There were several upgrades since our last visit, new bedding and lighting and the ceiling fans were a great addition. On suggestion: a shower ward would be welcomed. We plan to stay again sometime next year.

Fantastic beach house

Overall this place was a perfect vacation rental. They had beach toys, full kitchen stuff, and even a portable crib for our 2 year old. The bbq in the back let us host a tritip cookout. We couldn't be happier!

Great little home near the beach

Home is super comfy, kitchen is well stocked, and the neighborhood is quiet! The Pt. Mugu airshow was this weekend (3/17-3/19) and we were treated to several fly overs from the Blue Angels while we strolled the beach on Friday! It was awesome! We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this home again!
