I grew up in California and fell in love with Silver Strand Beach as it is still unspoiled and uncrowded. Everyone who lives in this small community is very mellow and welcoming. Its like Mayberry by the ocean. We remodeled this house without the intention of renting but are happy to share our beach retreat with others.

This beach house is tastefully decorated and has been totally remodeled with travertine and hardwood floors, thick crown molding, curved walls, skylights, granite countertops in bathrooms and kitchen, stainless steel appliances, walk in doorless travertine shower . All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor and the kitchen, living room and 3rd bathroom are on the top floor along with a wrap around deck. All rooms on the top floor have ocean views which is perfect for relaxing or entertaining while only being steps from the beach.

The best part of this house is the view of the beach from deck, kitchen and living room as well as being able to walk steps to the wonderfully uncrowded Silverstrand Beach. This house is so far from a public parking lot it is like a private beach just for you. We have very comfortable outdoor furniture for resting outside, listening to the waves and breathing the ocean air.
