The home was perfect for our family to stay. My 4 year old granddaughter loved the outdoor play area, and it was perfect for my 92 year old mother to have a downstairs master bedroom!

Beautiful, clean apartment with everything you need. Comfortable and well-appointed. The wine and food basket were very much appreciated. Quick, easy drive into Santa Barbara and only about two minutes to the Lazy Acres gourmet grocery store. The apartment is in a safe, beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood. Street parking is easy and plentiful.

We had a wonderful time using this property as our base. The weather was a bit warm the days we were there. The propeety was very warm when we arrived, and due to the outside temperatures and lack of air conditing we were uncomfortable the first night. Vicki at the management office stepped up and was very helpful in getting us fans. The rest of our stay was excellent. The location made it walkable to the beach. The house was equiped with everything we needed. Would stay there again.
