Our casual upscale living offers a unique vacation destination in a relaxed community. The best part is Bonita Village is close to everything! You can be at the water’s edge of the Gulf of Mexico in as little as 180 seconds, or be shopping at Coconut Point Mall, South Florida’s largest new mall, in 10 minutes. If you are a golfer, be sure to ask us about FREE ACCESS TO 35 AREA GOLF COURSES plus discounted green fees until Oct. 31st! Boaters are only 60 seconds away from a great time on the water!

Upon arrival the gorgeous Beach Entry Resort Pool and Waterfall will be all yours. Our flower covered Island and poolside Chickee, affectionately named, The Groggy Frog, will become part of your vacation life as you enjoy 2 TV's and tasty casual food and cold beverages. Its thatched roof provides a shady break from the toasty sun and is a great place to meet our residents and make new friends. Also, for your enjoyment are two large Spas, and the exciting Island Clubhouse with a marvelous Cybex Gym, Internet Café, Billiards Room, plus Game, Media and Social Rooms.

This residence’s tropical interior brings the community’s Caribbean atmosphere inside. The main living areas and lanai feature porcelain tile floors, granite kitchen counters, and crown molded volume ceilings. In addition, the top floor lanai will provide special morning sun and preferred afternoon shade, plus hours of enjoyment from the Bird’s Eye view of the Water Garden and “Quiet Pool”. It doesn’t take long to become used the serenity this luxurious home offers.

The condo was pretty well appointed with adequate kitchen equipment. The living room and bedroom furniture was dark and didn't say "Florida" to us. We would go back to Bonita Village, but at different unit.

It was a great week. There was not a lot of people there. We had the smaller pool to ourselves. Loved the location! The only thing was we ended up parking outside of the garage some of the time. The person next to us clearly can’t park in the lines. Also for some reason there were only two wash rags in the place?? It was still a great time!

Lovely Condo Relaxing Stay

We had a very enjoyable time. The accommodations were wonderful. Even though we had a delay in getting in the property, due to events beyond the owners control the unit was lovely, clean and comfortable. The property was very nice. two lovely pools, one with a fun bar. The location of the property is terrific, close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Excited to return some time soon.

The property is well maintained. The Condo was perfect… large covered balcony overlooking one of the pools. Top floor view. Owners thought of everything… kitchen well stocked. They have beach chairs and plenty of towels… They offer a shuttle to the beach but we drove down and for a small parking fee got front row parking. Can’t say enough good things about this property… we spent our early day at the beach And then moved to the pool and hot tub in the afternoon… plenty of food options and grocery stores close by… covered parking… super option for Bonita Springs…

Home away from home

Last minute getaway from NH for our anniversary over Memorial Day Weekend. There was an issue with booking and we got an upgrade to a condo with stairs right down to the pool. The pool bar was closed at that point but we were able to bring food & drinks down and just relax by the pool all day. It was great, exactly what we were looking for. The condo was spacious and had all the amenities you could need. Gym on site, hot tub, BBQs available to use. Highly recommend, hope to come back next year.

Why they chose this property

Our previous experiences in the area made our choice easy when we were looking for the right investment. The huge Resort Pool and quick access to the beaches will delight you. The amenities here are fantastic and provide something for everyone. Our residences is the largest one bedroom we have seen in the area and the extra bath provides us with plenty of "get ready space" when we are going out. You will like the layout and view!
