as soon as you open the door to this 3rd story property you will be greeted with a open floor plan, we have water views from every window! our favorite thing about our property is the French doors that completely open up to the balcony that really shows off the water view, palm trees swaying and those beautiful Texas Sunsets! We are on the 3RD floor so our views are from up top where its nice and quiet!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location with a beautiful water view, and the place was clean with all the appliances we needed. The only minor issues were a bright security light shining through the windows at night (no curtains, so it was a bit hard to sleep) and a broken toilet seat. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return

Overall, we had a good stay at this beach condo and enjoyed our time here. The location was convenient, and the condo was clean and functional for our trip.That said, there were a few things that would make me hesitate to book this particular unit again. The bed sheets felt very inexpensive and weren't especially comfortable. The dish scrubber provided in the kitchen appeared dirty and should have been replaced before our arrival. The shower in the bathroom felt dated and somewhat cheap compared to the rest of the unit.This condo is on the third-floor, which may be worth noting for anyone with mobility concerns or who prefers easier access.While none of these issues ruined our vacation and we still had a pleasant overall experience, there are enough small details that I would likely choose a different condo for a future stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much!! Loved the complex with heated pool and hot tub and location was ideal!! So close to the beach. We took walks along the beach many times during our stay. The unit was beautiful and just as described. Very cute decor and set up with necessities. It was a climb to 3rd floor but we enjoyed getting the extra exercise. The views are worth being on the 3rd floor. Never even had an issue. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The condo was clean and the host was very responsive to our needs. The king bed was very comfortable. We could see the sunset from our balcony. The pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness room were clean and in good condition as well. We stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed Padre National Seashore, White Cap beach, kayaking and all the other activities, museums, etc.. that Corpus Christi had to offer. Grocery shopping was close by.
