Inside, you'll find a king bed plus a queen and twin sleeper sofa, along with a screened lanai that's perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco in the coastal breeze. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need, from a dishwasher and microwave to a single-serve coffee maker, making it easy to feel right at home. Enjoy the walk-in shower, complimentary Wi-Fi, and TVs in every room. Onsite amenities include a heated pool, picnic and grill area, and laundry facilities. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for carefree days by the water. Located on Sanibel's peaceful east end, you're within walking distance of the lighthouse, shops, and restaurants, with bike paths just outside your door. Wonderful Experience

Colony Inn was such a gem! It was extremely welcome and convenient. They have sure done a nice job with their rebuild! Just a short walk to the beach makes this location a dream! The condo was fully stocked with all necessities. The condo was so comfortable, and we highly enjoyed having a bedroom space and a living room space. The only improvements I would say is to get better pillows and or other options! We did direct book and it stated 20% off, but after the stay I found out that I was not given the discount so in all reality booking through air b and b is just the same as well. This did not hinder my 5-star review. All employees were so friendly and wonderful to work with.
