Luxury large apartment next door to the Marriott Ambassadeur Hotel, Juan-les-Pins. Free direct access to hotel pool (and poolside bar and food menu) with loungers. Close to boulangerie, bars, restaurants, cafes. Own large southwest facing terrace for lunch, afternoon, and evening sun. Large comfortable salon with dining area. Well sized bedrooms. Refurbished and new aircon throughout (2020). Very high speed fiber internet. Terrestrial TV. Wireless sound system in salon. Fully fitted kitchen with washer and separate dryer. Supplied with sheets and towels included in the cleaning fee! There's a great well-stocked supermarket 150m away.

We bought our apartment because, having been coming here for over 20 years, we knew we wanted to be very close to everything yet enjoy the tranquility on offer. This apartment offers both. Please note this is a non-smoking apartment (smoking results in forfeit of damage deposit).

We've been coming to Juan-les-Pins for over 20 years and bought in 2018. We refurbished the apartment in 2019. These apartments were built as suites for the Marriott Ambassadeur Hotel and so share some amenities such as the hotel pool and poolside bar. We have favourite restaurants (Cap Riveria, le Perroquet, and the terrace of the Belles Rives Hotel) and walks which we are more than happy to share with you. For younger children there is a safe playground in very local park (search Pinede, juan les pin).

Why they chose this property

These apartments are very well located being about 200m from Juan les Pins but far enough away to be very quiet. They were originally built as family suites for the hotel. They are large, with some residents living there full-time. As we are on the route of the Cap d'Antibes you can enjoy the walk or run around the cap, it's 8.5 kms. From the apartment, walk 'right' for Juan-les-Pin, 'walk left' for Antibes. The Salis beach of Antibes is about 10 minutes walking. Fiber internet, print, desk and chair.

What makes this property unique

The supermarket, which is very well stocked, is about 150m away and so highly accessible. There is also a very well equipped gym called Fitlane which offers short term memberships, however it can be quite expensive.
