About this property

Waterfront RV Lot in Surfside Resort

Surfside at Sandbridge RV Resort is a luxury campground located on the gorgeous Back Bay in Virginia Beach, VA, one block from the Atlantic Ocean. This rental is for Lot 97, a large, level concrete pad on the canal with water/sewage/50 amp electric hookups. Sunrise over the canal and beautiful sunset views of the Bay from this lot. There is a small grassy area between the pad and canal with picnic table. A short walk or bike will get you to the beach (0.65 miles from lot to sand).

This rental is for the LOT only, no RV on site. (You bring your own or rent one separately.)

Resort amenities include boat ramp, tennis courts, volleyball courts, laundry facilities, and 3 bath houses with large showers. Two pools are available during the summer (June - mid September). Parking for 1-2 cars on lot, depending on the size of your RV. Street parking is available closer to the beach.

Gate pass provided for use during stay. $65 fee per pass will be taken from security deposit if pass not returned.

Peaceful and beautiful RV site.

This lot has beautiful views of the bay. The property is well cared for and very clean. The host was most helpful and understanding of our towing vehicle problems. We will be back.

Fishing outside our door!

What a great spot! It is a little tough getting into- definitely should have pulled the camper down to the end and turned around to get it backed-in better on the corner lot. Melissa was very responsive & accommodating, and we had a relaxing, wonderful long weekend! Our sons caught 3 different kinds of fish from within feet of our camper door. Will definitely be back!

Former Portsmouth FD Firefighter (current/retired Portsmouth Firefighter/EMS - contact me for discount). I'm a beach lover & runner, traveling (pre-covid) to run half marathons around the country.
