The basement apartment was excellent. The bed was cozy and the property was clean and new. Very family friendly. There's a very cool playground two blocks away and grocery story in walking distance.Lagoon beach which is a 5 min drive was nice to sit or walk along. Clean safe quiet family neighborhood. Host was very friendly and able to answer messages in a timely manner. We look forward to going back when in the area again. Thank you Jessica

The suite had all the amenities for a reasonable price. Shopping and restaurants are close by and it’s located in a newer subdivision.
