"TOMMY BAHAMAS CONDO"
Enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located approximately 5 miles from the beach (1300 sq. feet). Condo also overlooks a small pond. It is on the 2nd floor and has a cathedral ceiling. Furnishings reflect the "Tommy Bahamas" relaxed look. There are 3 TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Large swimming pool is about a 5 minute walk and is in the shape of a 'Shamrock' and 5 tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts. Everyone is invited to play with others on a daily basis. Bocce is also played daily during the season. Condo is close (5 to 10 minutes) to the Naples airport, Tin City, 3rd Street, 5th Avenue and Naples Pier and beaches. Condo can be rented out on a MONTHLY basis or up to 6 months (request a quote for 6 months) due to condominium rules for WINTERPARK. Please note that there is only 1 review on the listing because it has been rented out by word of mouth. I also have another listing located in the mountains of Vermont on Killington Mountain.
