The place overall was very good and ideal for our needs. Small issues add up like lack of instructions on getting in and using the bike lock. burned out light bulbs, slow draining sinks, sliding door to lanai was very hard to open and close. My handy husband had to troubleshoot the plumbing in the master bathroom and figured out the combination on the lock for the bikes. Ben was responsive but if you’re looking for an exceptional experience this could be better

Wonderful Vacation

This was a great place to stay. House was perfect, pool and hot tub amazing, great location for walking to local attractions. The host, Ben, was very responsive and easy to work with for any concerns and issues. There were a few minor suggestions for the host which he accepted with grace. I would stay here again. Enjoy!

Great location and very comfortable home

We spent two weeks at this property, enjoying the close walk to the beach and especially enjoying the pool. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. There was construction next door but it didn't bother us too much. It was nice to have bikes, chairs and many amenities available to us. I would definitely recommend this property.

Cute home in fabulous location!

Couldn’t be happier with my month long stay in this home! 10 minute walk to Vanderbilt beach right by Ritz Carlton, close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Home was clean, white, bright and stocked with everything one would need in a rental! Pool and patio were completely private, a comfortable space to work and play from all month!

Beautiful home with everything you need close to the water

The listing and photos are very accurate. The house is beautiful and clean and has everything you need for a vacation. They even have beach chairs, a full-size washer and dryer, and a great pool/hot tub. The beds are comfortable, and the bedrooms have plenty of storage. The location is really great; it's about a ten-minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Naples is close to a lot of other nice beaches like Clam Pass Park, Sanibel Island, and Fort Myers Beach. I would definitely recommend this rental home to anyone going to Naples.

Great location and cleanGreat pool area, lockable for children and dogs, all newer, great working appliances, good water pressure, good AC. We absolutely loved the facts that they had 3 bikes, 3 beach umbrellas,3 beach chairs, a beach wagon, a full size garage fridge to easily pack/unpack your cooler. Plenty of area rugs everywhere, which our pups loved, even one in the large garage. We had our family of three and two dogs, so it was the perfect size for them. Vanderbilt beach minutes away, Bonita Dog Beach about 18 minutes, plenty of grocery stores, shopping and restaurants nearby, great family location, quiet neighborhood (besides a little construction, but I was surprised how quiet they were). 10/10 recommend

Excellent location!

Great location right near Vanderbilt Beach! Pool and jacuzzi were used nightly by my daughter and she loved it. Kitchen has everything you need for a vacation. We had two weeks over Christmas and I even cooked a turkey. Ben-was great to deal with and took care of everything. House was as advertised. Definitely will rent again next time we are back in Naples. Thanks Ben!

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach

We enjoyed two wonderful weeks at this place and were joined for part of the time by our two adult daughters. The home was very well- equipped and clean. It’s about a 15-minute walk or three-minute bike ride to the beach. The pool and spa were excellent. Ben was a very conscientious host. An earlier review had raised a concern about the mattress and pillows in the principal bedroom. They were replaced during our stay. We have no reservations in highly recommending this home.
