As you walk in the home, you are on the main level, which features an immaculate kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an open concept to the dining and living rooms, where there is seating for your whole group. The cozy couch can be used for additional sleeping arrangements. Feel free to enjoy the Roku TV with several streaming options including Direct TV Streaming and Netfilx. The main floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and attached full bathroom. Here you'll find a pack and play, booster seat, high chair, iron board and iron for your convenience. The deck on the main floor has a gas grill, grilling utensils, cooler, and seating to enjoy the wonderful lake views.

The lower level has one king bed with full bath en-suite, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer and everything you need to enjoy some time at at the park or on the courts, such as tennis rackets and balls, pickleball paddles and balls, a basketball, a football, a frisbee, a volleyball, beach towels, tubes, folding chairs, a collapsible wagon, a folding picnic table, noodles, hammock and rolling cooler. TV includes several streaming services to choose from. On this level, you'll also find a projector, DVD player and screen to watch outdoor movies on the spacious deck. Enjoy another great view of the Texas Hill Country with seating for everyone.

The upper level is a kid's (and adult's) paradise with air hockey table, arcade, lots of board games, a DVD player and DVDs, and a Roku TV with several streaming options. It has two twin bunk beds and a twin sofa bed and full bathroom. The deck on this level has the best views of Lake Travis.

Other features include WiFi, cooking necessities, coffee maker, Keurig, French Press, toaster, mixer, blender and griddle. All bedrooms provide linens, large dressers, nightstands, lamps and walk-in closets with hangers. All bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and personal care items.

The private park has a free boat ramp and courtesy dock and is open every day 6:00 a.m. - midnight. There is swimming/beach area, playground equipment, basketball and volleyball courts, a disc golf course and covered pavilion. The park is a great place to grill, hang out, let the kids swim, run around and play, but the best feature is the lake view, where you can catch a stunning sunset!

Guests will also have access to the Jr Olympic sized community swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, library, golf course and much more.

Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning while taking in the lake views or nature in Point Venture!! Deer are also a welcoming sight throughout the day.
