This freshly remolded townhome - Billie Jean - is located in the unique village of Point Venture. Point Venture is on Lake Travis, 20 miles northwest of Austin, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Lake Travis is 44,000 acres of fantastic, clean, fun - full of many areas to swim, relax, or engage in golf/frisbee golf/tennis/boating/jet-skiing/fishing/etc.

Along with all of the amenities you will enjoy at the house, you also have two passes for access to beautiful Point Venture’s community amenities, which include:

Pickleball Courts

Award-winning golf course, putting greens, and driving range
Full gym
Playground
Courtesy docks and 2 boat ramps
The 50-acre park is surrounded by Lake Travis on both sides, with picnic areas that never get too crowded. It's a haven for kids with swings, a merry-go-round, a playscape, and a small playhouse.

Point Venture Marina includes Captain Pete’s floating restaurant and bar. Open 7 days a week for dinner. Park your car and walk out on the marina, or come by boat and pull up to the marina. You'll love their menus if you love seafood, burgers, tacos, and drinks. Chef Ben has been among the most celebrated chefs in the Austin and Lake Travis area for many years.

The club room is available to rent for $50 per day. The capacity is 75 people with tables and chairs. Full kitchen and ice machine with 20 ft. serving bar. Free Wi-Fi, wood-burning fireplace, piano, performance state, projection screen, and TV cable service available.

Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM



HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without a parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises.

Billie Jeans Parking provides 2 parking spaces in front of the condo. We kindly ask our guests to use those spaces and if guests need extra parking we have a large parking lot area for boat trailers and extra cars it's located on Venture Blvd S and Lakepoint Cv by the pool and office.

Newly remodeled with updated Kitchen and all 3 bathrooms. As well as paint and flooring.

Comfy Retreat

Great place to stay. Very comfortable. Each bedroom is on a separate floor with a bath on each floor for privacy. It was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The balcony is great!

Great place to stay!

No complaints, had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. 3 bed bath, one on each floor so plenty of privacy. Nice patio on floor 1 and 2. Close to boat rentals, tennis pickle ball courts. The 50 acre private park is amazing! Great for the kids. We will be back!!

I booked this location for my son and new daughter-in-law for a couple of days. They raved about their stay! They loved the house. Nice and quiet location. Lots of deers. Love the near by Boat Rentals. The property was equipped properly.But we picked up some cigarette butts even it was posted as non smoking property.

Relaxing Getaway Close & Nice Location

We liked the property and it was as described. The couple of questions we had were answered quickly by the host. We liked being a short golf cart ride from the pool as well as the park. Our 6 year old granddaughter really enjoyed all the deer we saw every day. There was a little rain in the afternoon of the last day of our stay, but we just took that time to relax, having gone to the pool earlier. Very happy with our stay and would love to return!

My 3 sisters and I had a wonderful time. The condo was better than the pictures! Very clean and updated. We had everything we needed. All we had to do was buy our groceries. The views were beautiful and all the deer were unbelievable. You could feed them right out of your hand. Liz, our host was the best! Very helpful and friendly and always available to give recommendations and help. We went to the beach and Captain Pete's for dinner and enjoyed many of the local Brewery's.

Ideal Home Away From Home

Updated features made the stay quite enjoyable. Easy accessibility to the various amenities were extremely appreciated. I was able to spot 2 foxes for a brief moment. We also saw many tamed deer, that was a very pleasant surprise! We'll be back soon enough. Noisy residents driving around in their party golf carts were annoying, so be prepared for that.

Nice and relaxing

The place was nice. It suited our group. It was me and my husband and our 2 adult kids. There is not a closet in the master bedroom. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. The location is not the greatest. You are about an hour away from ang shopping or nice restaurants.

Very Nice Property with Amenities

First time in Lake Travis. Very affordable property, clean, solid, nicely architected with 3 levels of bedrooms giving good privacy and deck/view of the lake from all three levels. Very nice community clubhouse with pool and workout room just a 2 minute drive. Supplied with all of the cooking ware and plates/etc needed. Could use a little more furniture in the living area for socializing, but overall a terrific experience and highly recommended. Good communication from the host as well. Thank you.
