Welcome to your Hill Country hideaway located in a beautiful and serene setting on the signature 7th hole of Point Venture Golf Course with private access to Lake Travis. It's time to exhale and enjoy the tranquil outdoors on over 2000 square feet of tiered stone patios. Refresh, relax and kick back with a dip in your private plunge pool overlooking the golf course. Fire up the gas grill to cook up some great meals and dine al fresco. At the end of the day, light the outside candles and/or fire pit to continue enjoying the sunset while watching the deer come out to play.

The house features a well-equipped kitchen, including a wine fridge, a big dining table with seating for 6 and 2 bar stools at the kitchen bar. Relax in a beautiful, comfortable living room with a 65" TV and DVD player. French doors walk out onto a big porch with an outside dining table and a sitting area with a gas fire pit.

The downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite, walk-in closet and walk-out french doors to its own patio overlooking the golf course . The second floor has a full bathroom, a second bedroom with a comfy queen bed, a work space for your work-from-home needs and a small balcony overlooking the beautiful outdoor space. A third bedroom on the 2nd floor boasts a daybed with a pull out trundle bed, twin bunk beds and an additional desk work space.

Other amenities include wi-fi, a full-size washer and dryer, second refrigerator in the garage for drinks, extra towels for the plunge pool, hair dryers in bathrooms, iron and ironing board. We also have 2 stand-up paddle boards for your use. We are pet friendly and will allow 1 dog up to 30 lbs for a non refundable $120 pet fee.

Point Venture is a tucked away 9-hole golf club community located on Lake Travis. Don't let the 9-holes fool you. The course was designed in 1972 by the 3-time Masters Champion Jimmy Demaret. The Dallas Morning News has named Point Venture Golf Club "one of the best 9-hole courses in Texas."

If golf isn't your thing, within the community you and your family will have access to amenities including a large community pool, tennis / pickleball courts, club house, fitness center/exercise area, a private park with playground, frisbee golf, picnic tables, basketball / volleyball and boat ramp for Lake Travis access. At the Marina there are boat and jet ski rentals and a floating bar/restaurant open for lunch, dinner, drinks and music on the weekends (seasonal). Come early because it gets packed!

If you want to explore other attractions, nearby is hiking at the Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge, wine tastings at Flat Creek Estate Winery and a nearby 18-hole golf course along with shopping and dining.
